Morning everyone, WI for me this morning.... really hoping that last week's excesses and saturday's wine haven't caught up with me. Will update later. xMortgage Aug 22 £280,000

so i pushed it and did day 30 of the shred.....then spent yesterday in hospital doh! bizarely they said i was dehydrated when i thought i was drinking too much!
so yesterday was the first time in over a year that i did no exercise whatsoever and im itching to get back on with it but i've been told to rest i was also given a lecture by the doctors about how i should be easing off the diet now and not attempting to do 2 exercise dvds in one day! I have re done my measurements this morning and i have lost off all areas since doing the shred but i am particularly happy about the 3cm gone off my bingo wings!
So I think i'm going to follow SW but not as strictly and do ONE dvd a day once i don't feel like i've been hit by a bus anymore! Good job i didn't make it to WI last week i was going to buy a countdown! Oh well £50 to spend on me! :rotfl:

I feel so bloated today! I don't get bloated around TOM but mid month, I guess ovulating? Does anyone else get this or am I a freak? :rotfl:
Anyway WI tonight and I think the bloating is going to mean a STS, hopefully not a gain!Slimming World Target Achieved 13/09/12!0 -

I followed SW last year for a few months and lost 1st6lbs, stopped going as I didn't really get on with the consultant, should have looked around for another but change of job meant I didn't really know what I was working and when.
Anyway, over the year I seem to have lost another 1st (no idea how!!) but I still need to lose more. Am trying it without a group at the moment, mainly due to money constraints etc.
Hubby needs to lose approx 6 stone and I need to lose approx 2 1/2 stone. Evening meals and lunches are fine, we have loads of ideas and recipes.
OH start works at 4am and has his break at 9am, at which time he wants to eat 'breakfast' food. He doesn't like porridge, has the use of a microwave and needs food on the go - anyone got any good ideas?
Your post is very much like my SW journey. I started back at SW and on Wed it will be my second weigh in so am hoping for a loss (2.5 lbs last week).
Scrambled eggs are really quick in a microwave for your hubby and mushrooms take just a few mins as well. Failing that what about making a big SW quiche and having it cold. My DH was taking big chunks of that last week for his lunch at work and he says it's better than sarnies. I make one with a grated potato base (cook until golden) then add eggs, cooked bacon & onions, red peppers, parsley, S & P and 2 tubs of cottage cheese. It is gorgeous and you really know you've eaten it!:)0 -
Well last week has caught up with me and well and truely bitten me on the backside... 4lb on
TBH I am not as gutted with that as I was with the 1lb gain I had a few weeks ago when I had been really good. I think last week's 4lb weight loss was a fluke and probably a result of being dehydrated and hungover
Onwards and upwards for this week though. Good luck all those who are weighing in today. xMortgage Aug 22 £280,000

I posted the other week about Muller Lemon Meringue yoghourts - I can't find them BUT it should be Muller Lemon Cheesecake yoghourts? Anybody seen them anywhere? No wonder nobody replied.:rotfl:0

You have had some really good losses there!I am a very slow loser - when I did SW before it was a pound here and there, then stay the same then lose half a pound etc. I lost 2.5 lbs last week (first WI) but I imagine that will be as good as it gets.

I think I've seen them in Asda Pennylane but as I'm not a fan of lemon yoghurt I didn't buy any, now the coconut ones on the other hand.... yum!Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000
