Morning, Well done to all the losers this week - and surprisingly I'm with you, lost 1/2lb last night
After weigh in ended up going to watch the jubilee beacon lighting and had one donut (10 syns ???) which was quite good considering the amount of fast food and sweets around, body magic for the evening was walking round the lake twice and standing for 2.5 hours in the cold! I finished the day on 18 syns so over but will just pull back a bit today to make up for it
Food so far today is ...
B - 2xPoached eggs, tinned toms and mushrooms0 -
Hello All,
Good work to all the losers.
I am still here, but I've been taught the hard way that my stomach can't handle as much food as I used to.
I used to eat whole packets of Pasta 'n' Sauce and Savoury Rice for dinner. I do that now, and I have the worst indigestion and I feel like my stomach is going to explode any second.
I haven't exactly been on plan this weekend. It's also my SIL's 40th so we went out a few times, one girls night and one with the whole family.
But because I can't eat very much now, I've still lost weight, I've now lost 12 lbs. while on SW so I'm more than a 1/3 of the way to the finish line. Which is nice.Started comping 24/08/2012.

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone is doing success express. Can you help me get my head around portion size.

Sorry June, I don't know anything about success express but hopefully someone will be along soon who does. xMortgage Aug 22 £280,000

June
Hello, June. I think I may have the leaflet somewhere but I think Success Express is about the proportions of Free to Superfree not portion size as such. So, if you had a roast dinner the meat and potatoes need to cover just one third of you plate and the rest is SF veg. The more free food you have the more you have to up the SFs. It's the same idea as EE but there you have to only keep it up to one third. I think you're allowed more HEXs too.0 -
And all syns have to be counted at the highest value across the plans.Norn Iron Club member 4730

Weigh in for me tomorrow night but am quite pleased with myself.
Have stayed on Plan 100%. Today we went out and were still out over lunchtime and had a bit of a flap over what I could have to eat. (We were shopping). There was a coffee shop in the store but there were huge posters of Danish Pastries, Sausage Rolls etc so I didn't want to even go there!!
DH and I both chose a pasta salad with grilled chicken, pasta, tomatoes and herbs. One of those boxed jobbies which we ate in the car and it was very nice. There are probably some syns in it but it's got to be a whole lot better than a Macdonalds, a sausage roll or some sarnies hasn't it?
