Hello all
Am finding half term a hungry time. Work is so regimented by bells and class times that there is so little room for sneaking in the extra syn or three! Now, I'm faced with a kitchen which is calling me - manging to fight it so far, but boy oh boy, am I hungry!
WI for me this evening so fingers crossed I make the 2stone award. Certainly not for want of trying.
Hope everyone has a good day.0 -

Hi all,
Hope everyone had a great long weekend. We didn't do much except DIY, damn house (see sig) but at least it should have burned some calories. Went to see the Olympic torch on Fri but I just drank diet coke and we went home reasonably early to a tea I'd made the night before - I know if we get in late and hungry OH will want takeaway pizza or something equally naughty and I'll get talked into it, so pre-empted it with something I prepared earlier!
Anyway, had weigh in on Mon - was hoping for 2.5 to get my 1.5 stone but ended up with a 4.5lb loss and got SOTWKind of surprised - stuck to it all week but didn't do anything different to the previous few weeks, other than walking to work a couple of times- maybe it was that?! Anyway, need to be super careful this week as we're going to a BBQ at the weekend and staying over, so wine will definitely be involved! Going to try and stick to around 5 syns a day for a few days to give myself a bit of leeway.
Interesting to read about people doing the 30 day shred - was reading about it yesterday and thought I might give it a go...
Anyway, today's menu: EE
B: Bran flakes (HEB), milk (HEA), banana
L: L/O chilli & rice, bistro salad (becoming addicted to this salad, having it with everything!)
T: HM chicken kiev (3), SW chips, carrots, broccoli
S: Mini milk (1.5), strawberries, grapes, WW yogurt2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]
