are there any syn values out there for the stuff in graze boxes? i got a free one to use as train snacks to keep me going until tea because I'm not used to this eating at 8pm malarky and i really like them and want to carry on getting them. i figured a few of the seeds/dried fruit ones might be Green HEB portions and most of them are relatively low cal - certainly less than a choccy bar/bag of crisps and definitely better for me in any case.

Well done Arty and Pennylane on your losses. .

Rainbowfairydust - stick with it. Don't let him put negative thoughts in your head, you're better than that. It can be really cathartic to write down pro's and con's of a situation so that you can put it into perspective.

Had a good WI this evening - lost 2.5lbs, so achieved my 2st award. :T This is my first mini personal target as I wanted to lose 2st by the time my daughter graduates later this month. In addition to this I'm SOTW. :D Can't believe it. Never had I thought that I'd achieve one of these awards. I now, truly, understand how the pupils feel when we award merits.:j
Then, to top it all off, I won the weekly raffle. How good an evening is that!!!!!! Plus it was food night; I made Spanish Orange Cake. Oh my goodness, so scrumptious. And I've only had one slice (3.5 syns). :A

    Have a superb evening all.

Evilsquid - The graze boxes aren't listed but you can work out the syns values from the information booklet in each box which lists calories, fat etc. Some of the boxes can be quite high (9-10syns) but others are lower. You can also select the low cal boxes on the site or delete the breads etc that will be higher synned so they don't send them

Czerniacha - I'm also opting to do shred every other day to start off with as like you walking upstairs is agony!

So food for today has been...
    B - 1 weetabix, yoghurt, blueberries
Snack - 1 aplen light, banana
L - Quorn chicken, salad, mango pieces
D - Salmon, Rice, Spinach, carrot, onion, tomato
Snack - SF jelly and raspberries
HEA - Skimmed milk in tea
Syns - sugar (2), Malted Milk (2) Mini Chocolate bar (5)

thanks - i might just have to take the syn hit, I'm only having one of the 4 little punnets a day so hopefully they won't be too bad. I'm not really having many syns during the week anymore either.
