Thanks! It's just a bag of ready made stuff from Sainsbury's (sweet bistro salad) - lamb's lettuce, chard and beetroot. I'm not a massive salad fan but the leaves are quite soft and not bitter at all so I've been having it with everything! Not very MSE at 1.50 a bag, but if I'm paying a fiver a week for fat club and this helps me stick to it then so be it!2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

Have a big hug:A Eating the cake will NOT make you feel better, you'll still be glum about whatever is going on AND you'll kick yourself for eating the cake.
Just had a yummy big bowl of lentil soup:D Sitting looking out the window hoping the torrential rail goes off before i need to go and pick DD up from school. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Thanks G&B -the cake will make me feel better whilst eating it. Once its finished the guilt would set in & i would be definitely be kicking myself. I need to find myself another coping mechanism when something happens - food isnt the answer. It only makes me more miserable in the long run..

See, you know that eating it won't help you, it's just the doing (or not doing) that is difficult! It will definitely make you feel worse in the long run. Is there anyone you can talk to about whatever it is - a problem shared and all that?
Just realised that I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer AGAIN this morning- I think the darn thing keeps wiping my memory to avoid being eaten! Didn't matter too much last week as could use diced chicken straight from frozen but can't for kievs! Revised tea- Linda Mac red onion & rosemary sausages (finally found them after a recommendation on here - lovely!) with mash, carrots, broccoli and gravy. Should keep himself happy too2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

That may have been me . I love the Linda Mcartney sausages - They are so yummy. As for the can of worms i have just discussed in great length with a friend about the problem (men ) and it seems that past hurt feelings have resurfaced due to an incident at weekend. I think i became a bit consumed the sadness (i do have a tendency to get caught up in things) from the past.
I then realised i am over the worst, and i dont want him anyway. I guess the problem may lie in the fact i may have buried my feelings rather than deal with them at the time. Something else i think i do a lot
