hello everyone
I haven't been posting much but I followed your chat all the time
Missed my class for a few weeks now but weight is still going down slowly
I'm kind of following the plan but with a few 'blips' every now and then...
Just did Day 1 of the 30 day shred dvd and boy that was a shock! I thought I am fitter then I really am!Like someone said a few pages back 20 mins didn't seem much but I was all sweaty after 5! and my bf was rolling on the sofa laughing his head off! Now my legs hurt a little but I'm determinated to carry on with it!
Don't know yet if I'll go back to group... I might just try and go for a WI to Boots this weekend and think about it again...
hope you all have a good week0 -
so the rest of today didn't go quite to plan as it was my dad's birthday on Wednesday but neighbour bought a cake round while I was visiting this afternoon - I had a very small piece so I think if I count that as all 15syns it should be ok!
L - one piece of birthday cake (was hungry after that)
D - Quorn chicken with tikka spices, plain boiled rice, lettuce, cucumber, pepper, carrot and red onion.
Snacks - Banana, Apple, Red Grapes
While in Asda today I noticed that they sold pre-cut fresh coconut - am I ok to count it as free since it's fresh ?
Czerniacha - I've also just started the 30 day shred, day three today and my legs are still killing me! stairs at work could be interesting tomorrow!0 -

I've been on plan but a bit blah today. Not eaten enough i dont think?
A for milk
Coffee
1 x Weetabix(1/2B), yoghurt, tea
grapes
SW chips, cheese(A), beans, scrambled egg
Kinda hungry now and got a 1.5 B to use, might have a weetabix and yoghurt, hmm.The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

I think the 'proper' way to prepare a mango is:
but I never do so tbh, I just peel and chop
I think you get 6 weeks SW holidays(?)
and if you miss one you pay double the next time you go...
