Hello, Weigh in for me later and I'm expecting a gain but going to use this as my restart point!
Not had much to eat today as only got up at 12 and going food shopping later - have meal planned for the week and even made a shopping list0 -
3 lbs to target is great zippy :j
How much have you lost if you dont mind me asking?
thank you!!!! i've lost 2stone 9.5 lbs, and it's taken from 5th july last year!!!!
I had a dream one night that my target should be 10.5 stone. Weird things like that keep happening but my consultant said she thought i would start to look too thin below 11 ? The last pic i have is at 12 stone - i may post up for a while so you can see? i dont think i look 11odd stone though . I dunno!!!!Mediterranean_Mum wrote: »Zippy your post gives me so much hope! In fact I know that when people look at me they would never know that I weigh as much as I do. I'm tall and carry myself well but I weigh a huge amount. I really hope that I will not have to lose the amount in numbers to get to where I want to get (size 14) which is another reason for me throwing away the scales.
Well done you on all your hard work and have a great holiday.
Yes , i was nearly 14 stone amd carried it well at 5-6. Im top heavy as well so im convinved that weighs a stone each side (or so i keep telling myself)
Throwing away the scales is a good move. Stay focused missus, you do so well when youre on track and you cook up some amazing food!!!!
Vicki - you REALLY need to step back and take it easy missus. Please be kind to yourselfI actually found too much exercise slowed my weight loss down . I was going 3-4 mile walks at night as well as cycling to and from work. Now the cycling is enough. Sounds like you have some fantastic results but you really need to be kind to yourself.
Pennylane - im convinced they have syns - do you want me to check? i think i seen the cheesecake packs in sainsburys. Yes just checked, they have one syn (Mullerlight Lemon Cheesecake Yogurt, 165g pot )
Piglet - did you ever do your fashion show? Don't remember reading about it
Todays foods - EE
B toasted cheese HEA HEB, banana
L Pesto pasta (2) with chicken, tomatoes, fried peppers and onions (nom nom)
D HM Vindaloo curry (mainly veg but quorn chicken also)with broc and carrots on the side, with HM pilau rice. HImself will have nan bread, i will make a bowl of spicy chips if i feel so inclined.
Snacks - will be millions of yogs, cherries, strawbs, blueberries and some over ripe kiwis

L L-o Baked bean lasage (half HEA) with brocoli and carrots

I'm only 28 so hopefully not the change  :rotfl: I do have the pleasure of a 3 week cycle instead of 4 which is just marvellous! I am so bloated I look preggers at the moment
Does starflower, magnesium and vit b6 help with bloating? It's definitely worse since I started SW, I feel bigger because of my massive belly, but I've lost a bit so I'm obviously not if you see what I mean.Slimming World Target Achieved 13/09/12!0 -

I followed SW last year for a few months and lost 1st6lbs, stopped going as I didn't really get on with the consultant, should have looked around for another but change of job meant I didn't really know what I was working and when.
Anyway, over the year I seem to have lost another 1st (no idea how!!) but I still need to lose more. Am trying it without a group at the moment, mainly due to money constraints etc.
Hubby needs to lose approx 6 stone and I need to lose approx 2 1/2 stone. Evening meals and lunches are fine, we have loads of ideas and recipes.
OH start works at 4am and has his break at 9am, at which time he wants to eat 'breakfast' food. He doesn't like porridge, has the use of a microwave and needs food on the go - anyone got any good ideas?
Well done for continuing to lose even after stopping the meetings - most people just fall by the wayside.
Maybe your husband could make do a full English sandwich - make the eggs and sausage and put in a tupperware and then when he's ready to eat he can use two slices of WM bread and make a sandwich with the egg and sausage and add some tomato in there too.so i pushed it and did day 30 of the shred.....then spent yesterday in hospital doh! bizarely they said i was dehydrated when i thought i was drinking too much!
so yesterday was the first time in over a year that i did no exercise whatsoever and im itching to get back on with it but i've been told to rest i was also given a lecture by the doctors about how i should be easing off the diet now and not attempting to do 2 exercise dvds in one day! I have re done my measurements this morning and i have lost off all areas since doing the shred but i am particularly happy about the 3cm gone off my bingo wings!
So I think i'm going to follow SW but not as strictly and do ONE dvd a day once i don't feel like i've been hit by a bus anymore! Good job i didn't make it to WI last week i was going to buy a countdown! Oh well £50 to spend on me! :rotfl:
Good luck to everyone WI today
Goodness Vicki sounds like you've really been pushing it but glad to hear that you're ok.Morning all
I feel so bloated today! I don't get bloated around TOM but mid month, I guess ovulating? Does anyone else get this or am I a freak? :rotfl:
Anyway WI tonight and I think the bloating is going to mean a STS, hopefully not a gain!
I'm fully in menopause mode now but my bloating time was always during ovulation. In fact so much so that I could actually feel the movement of the eggs down the tubes - it was so painful and I was so swollen. I hate menopause but I don't miss ovulation!!!!Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -
