Well done Arty and Pennylane on your losses. .

Rainbowfairydust - stick with it. Don't let him put negative thoughts in your head, you're better than that. It can be really cathartic to write down pro's and con's of a situation so that you can put it into perspective.

    Thanks very much :)

    im back!

havent been around in a week, was away in my caravan for a few days over the long weekend,

i did LOTS of walking, but did eat ice cream, and chips, but....:j:beer::j somehow...i lost 4lbs!!!

taking me to 5lbs BELOW target :D

so i have to either PUT ON at least 2lbs to get back into target range, or loose another 2lbs to reset,

so i will see what happens this week,

i am a firm believer that being good does catch up with you, just like being bad does,

i was soooooooo good the week before, and i gained a half pound, as i seem to do almost every 4th week,

but the 4lbs loss come out of the blue,

i have had my biggest losses in the past month??

ohhh.....i got my 6 stone award (total loss 6 stone 2) and i am into a new stone (the 11s) :j:j:j

    Fantastic Piglet!
I quite agree about the being good catching up just like bad does.
I am happily rediscovering my collarbones and wrists, they have emerged from places I didnt even know I was carrying fat.Ankles are a bit slimmer too but I still have horrible bulky calf muscles, that must be just all me, not fat.
In a week nor two I should be at target weight and Im beginning to realise that
    a) I will miss the thrill of a loss
    b) I will need to gradually introduce some more healthy extras and some treats or life could become terribly dull.
c)OH has called me scrawny and pinched lately...but not said anything nice, I dont think I like him any more!...joking, just.
d)I may have become a bit boring to live with and something of a killjoy about food.
    e) I cant really afford to buy new clothes, but I dont even need to, I just fit back into the ones that had got too small and alter the ones that are too big...but I WANT to shop!

Morning losers! Everyone seems to be doing so well!

    Green for me..
    2 x A for milk
    Coffee
    2 x Weetabix(B), milk, sugar(1), tea

Lots of fruit and yoghurt in for munching, kitkat or 2 will no doubt be consumed too:D

    Well done piglet!

Arty even when i was a size 8 i had big calves - couldnt get knee high boots to fit for love nor money. Lots of sport gave me really muscly calves and havent been able to shift them.

    i am the same,

i dont know about all you guys, but i still weigh quite heavy on the scales (11.13, tho i am around half stone lighter in my GPs, lighter still in the local hospital, who swear their scales must be right for ops etc, ..anyways..)

i weigh heavy, but i am in a size 12, and my bones (collar and pelvis) are now protruding, hubbie has commented on it too, :o

i would be happy either way over the next few weeks, if i lost OR gained the 2lbs, i would be happy,

that would leave my new target as 11.11, 3lbs either way on that will be fine with me too,

    but defo no lower,

i know the upper limit for my height is 11.1, but i was 11 stone dead in 2001 and i looked very thin then,

and obv, i never maintained that, so i will be good over the next few weeks and see what happens,

im not impressed about the possibility of having to pay again tho :money::mad:
