    Today hasn't been too bad......
Breakfast - none, didn't fancy it
Lunch - 2 slices small wholemeal bread (HEB), quorn ham, lettuce, tomato, very thin spread of marg, satsuma
Tea - HM sweet potato wedges, beans and some half fat grated cheese (HEA)
Treat - some strawberry lances at the cinema (over syns but it is weigh in day)

Been shopping and the fridge looks like an advert for SW and I managed to get a couple of the mint choc Mullers to try - do they have syns are they or are they free?

Am quite full now but if I get the munchies there's strawberries and raspberries in the fridge.

ETA - just worked out the syns in the sweeties and its 13, not as bad as I'd thought, I'm still within my 15 a day limit (just!)

Going shopping in a bit and planning to take kids for lunch at IKEA, any advice on what would be the fewest syns there??
Too late now, but they do a lovely plate of smoked salmon and rocket, very filling, there's lots of it. I sometimes have the meatballs but none of that gloopy gravy stuff, they probably have syns but I don't eat any more syns on those days. I love Ikea.

Hello, I have asked before but I just wondered whether Dizzy still comes on here? Could one of the 'old crowd' (I mean that in a really nice way) please reply. I miss her cheery banter.

Hope you've all had a good day. xx
    I miss Dizzy too!

Fabulous news and echoing your congratulations! Just shows what losing weight can do, that'll be a very healthy baby!

I'm trying to be better behaved after last week's minimal half pound loss. Just nipped onto the scales this evening and seem to be a bit further down, so that's good.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

That's such lovely news about MrsM  Really chuffed for them. That was one wanted baby :D

I've hopped on to confess and get the worries off my chest, hope no one minds...

I was doing SO well. I was nearly at a 7stone loss (started May 2011 and have gone from 20st 1lb down to 13st 4lb) . I had decided to have 3 days off at Easter and had planned all the yummy things I was going to eat, and had already bought a few things in preparation and put them in the cupboard and freezer :D

It was last day at school on friday and some of the children bought me chocolate. I couldn't hold on til Good Friday, and I stuffed. and then yesterday I stuffed some more. I've eaten all the things I bought for Easter. I ate so much yesterday that I gave myself the "eggy burps" that you get when you've eaten so much you're stomach can't cope :o I'm a Totally Disgusting Frog.

SO.... I texted Taplady who talked sense into me and I've stopped. In fact I didn't just stop this morning, I stopped at 7pm last night (mid flow so to speak) so I must be possitive about that.

I am back on plan today and I am glad that it's April 1st as it feels like a great day to renew. SW is an EXCELLENT plan as there is no need for me to stress about being good again because of all the yummy food I can eat every day :)

Easter came early in this pond so I won't be eating anymore this comming weekend. I've had my treats. If there are any other bingers out there, just wanted to say, I have never felt so possitive after a binge, and never got back on track so quickly. I guess as I'm still 'in recovery' I have to go through these little blips to make me realise how easy it is and how far I've come. Piglet and cyclingyorkie are such an inspiration as they have lost loads too and just keep plodding on, and so must I...

    Have a smashing day people

    xx

    lfat eric ---
WELCOME Interesting to read your post. Can I ask, do you have any tips on tackling sw second time round? I have been out of target since January LAST year! and I just can't seem to get my head back in gear? I am finding it much harder to stick to the plan, control my syns etc. In twelve weeks, I have lost just half a pound I really struggle. My meals are mostly ok but i have far too many syns ....

What ive done this time round Eric is to start completely from zero in class too, ive been going for years so do the clerking in class and offer advice to all who needs and the consultant would say week in week out Karen has lost a fabulous 8 stone odd and where as I have i felt massive pressure to get there again which I havent been able to do plus ive got no incentives along the way like 1/2 stone awards etc which sounds basic but to me theyre fab motivators and i dont have to look at the massive mountain ive still yet to climb :T just the next half stone not trying to claw back the 2 stone odd ive gained stupidly since christmas..Im also going to plan plan plan as of today cos that is my downfall i use being tired and a busy working mum as an excuse to eat rubbish if nothings prepared the working mum bit and school runs etc cant change so I must !! Just call me good intention Joe today lol -- also done success express as a boost and lost 4lb that week and felt amazing sorted bloating and constipation out immensely but is restricting if not planned properly....

Ive also noticed where ive come completely come unstuck i gained nothing over christmas and new year as i watched what everyone else was having and counted syns religously BUTTTTT then for next 3 weeks picked at the crap and junk in the house and gained nearly a stone :cool::cool::mad:.... this just happened mothers day and my birthday didnt gain that week but did following 2 weeks totally bonkers so im going to start again this week and plan treats into my day and actually enjoy them instead of eating sneakily and doing the guilt thing.... :T

so todays plan is We are going out for lunch which im going to enjoy immensely instead of worrying about syns because life can be cruelly snatched away from us and altho i maybe fat and not to happy I am alive lol sounds morbid but my hubby went to a mates funeral this week he was 37 and just left a 3 year old thru no fault of his own he had bowel cancer and puts all our moans and grumps into perspective, im not saying they are less important just on the larger scale we are only here for a little while so why beat ourselves up slimming and kidding ourselves getting on the scales after ive cheated and making excuses when 95% of the time ive known i wasnt 100% on plan ....

sorry about the jumbled post and wasnt meant to be miserable lol

    hea-milk
    heb-
Breakfast- banana, melon and a yoghurt
Lunch- roast beef and turkey, pots, carrots, swede, parsnip, peas, cauli, il skip roasties as im not cooking them and gravy (5syns)...il have OJ for starters (2)
dessert i dont know I may have 1 or not but have syns left for that...
dinner- jacket pot and mushy pea curry (its bubbling in slow cooker ) and salad cuc toms lettuce onion ...
    syns - as above,
exercise- walking to pub-15 mins, plus housework and no doubt 20 mins+ on wii fit with youngest
fluid- I will drink 3 pints of water plus weak squash NAS coffees and diet pepsi...
    mood -focussed ....
