Just had my end of first week weigh in and I'm down by 3.5 lbs:j
Quite pleased as I haven't been perfect just lots better than I was.
My aim is a stone so that's a quarter of the way there!

Saturday is shopping day so I'll have to write a list and stick to it. Anyone got any more interesting suggestions for a veggie that's not salad or pasta? My biggest wobble is boredom with what I'm eating.
Will pop back later with a meal plan for the day.
  • Well done WelshWoofer.
We have a veggie only lady at our group she loves the Veggie risotto thats online. If that helps!
I always look for ideas on the SW recipe lists, it'll put a shopping list together for you too!

    Great loss!

girlies, there is a friend of mine that loves german biscuits but was wondering the syn value of them? for the life of me i cant figure it out - its basically two bits of round shortbread sandwiched with a little jam, with a blob of icing on the top and sprinkles... im guessing around 4ish syns per biscuit but really not sure.
I'd guesstimate at least 10 syns depending on the size.

shellieholly - these particular biscuits are bought from the bakery, though i know you can buy them in packs from the local supermarket. btw thankyou so much for those ice lolly labels - means i know what i can have if our summer ever kicks off... lol your consultant seems ALOT more helpful than mine

bahhh, i have a stinkin cold, but i can cope with that, its my ears that are annoying me - everything is muffled, but yet the high pitched noises seem more annoying than usual lol... i cant get them to pop either :(
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

Well done to everyone who's lost. :)
Well, another week come and gone, and as * week is rapidly approaching, I am bloated. I also gained 1.4 lbs. Does anyone else bloat that much? I feel like that's a lot just for Aunt Irma. But I was on plan all week so that's all I can figure.

I've been down to the shops (Yay! Body Magic!) for eggs so I could make potato stuffed cabbage with the contents of a organic veggie bag from Mr. O or is it Mr. W? They gave me a savoy cabbage, potatoes, carrots and onions so that's what my Google-Fu came up with. The carrots weren't in the recipe, but I figured why not. Also, I didn't have ginger or dill so I tweaked it a bit. :D

And may I just say that after grating potatoes, carrots, onion and a bit of cabbage, I feel like I am going to have one huge, muscled arm. No wonder people like Gordon Ramsay have minions to do prep work.
    Started comping 24/08/2012.
