    morning all,

fantastic weather, even in Ireland

we made lovely "ice cream" yesterday,

take a 4 pack of the new muller greek style yoghurt, vanilla with a hint of coconut,

take a crunchie, smash it all up, and split it between the 4 yoghurt tubs,

put in the freezer for 2 hours, or more or less depending on whatever texture you prefer

lovely honeycomb ice cream, 3 syns:D

Hi everyone. WI for me this morning and I was dreading it fully expecting a gain as a result of last weekend's boozy time in Edinburgh, a 3 day business trip then 2 nights on the wine this weekend BUT amazing as it seems, I lost 4lb!!! That's over 2 weeks but I'm still delighted.

Foodwise I have been pretty good apart from the filled rolls on te business trip but it's wine that lets me down. I went to my friend's house yesterday afternoon and we !!!!!d 3 bottles of red between us over the space of 5 hours - we snacked on celery and carrot batons though rather than crisps.

I'm fired up for getting my head back into it now seeing as I have come home with another 2 certificates & stickers (3st & SOTM) :D

  • Hope everyone enjoying the sunshine and those who aren't well feel better soon. Been reading as usual, popped on to post 3lb loss this week. Tried a few red and green days which I enjoyed, to get away from the third superfree for a while!! Had been making superfree up with soup but not fancied it much with this lovely weather. So think I'll go for a few red and green again this week. Also used a choc philli as HEa!!

Beanielou you aren't doing this to please the consultant! Any loss, however small, is a loss so take full credit for it and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

Well done to all the losers today - great results.
