    only 1.5 per sachet if jelly was crystals in a sachet. 100ml made with water is 0.5 so not too bad, pity I hate the stuff!

    Anyone could be forgiven for thinking I sit here all day with that book in my hand! Now could anyone please NOT tell me how many syns in a g&t slimline and a glass of rose and maybe 8 Pringles?

    PPI Party Pooper
    Today started well with my regular breakfast but ended up taking DD to hospital on the advice of the doctor sent to see her by NHS24. They've kept her in due to complications from her chickenpox.

    I've just eaten dinner which was not SW friendly! Hadn't had anything since breakfast bar a pack of crisps my mum brought me in A&E.
