I'm back on track after my off plan day yesterday.
Green: A for milk
Coffee
2 x weetabix(B), yoghurt(0.5), apple, tea
Lentil soup
Coffee, kitkat (5.5)
Stir fry with rice, veggies and sauce (2.5)
Still got an A and a B to use, was planning on having chicken with dinner as a B but I've really gone off meat lately. Took one little bite of chicken and really didn't enjoy it so put all my chicken back in the pan:oThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
2 & 1/2lb off for me. Feeling quite pleased about that as I used ALL my syns !
I have decided to reset my target weight to be my Club 10, that will be a total loss of 1 st 2lb. 5 and 1/2 lb to go. I dont want to drop into the 9st range, that would be too skinny for my height.Norn Iron Club member 4730 -

Hi All,
Congrats to all the losers, and hugs to those who need it.
I'm still around just haven't had much time to post.
DH had emergency gall bladder surgery a week ago so the last couple of weeks have been crazy. He's on the mend now though.
I finally stopped the stupid gaining and losing of the same 5 lbs. and I'm almost a 1/3 of the way to my goal now.Wasn't always on plan while DH was in hospital but I tried to stick to it as close as I could with what was available.
Started comping 24/08/2012.

Hello All
More sunshine :j. EE day for me today and menu as follows -
B - grape nuts & skimmed milk ( hex a & b)
L - chicken salad - rocket, beetroot, horse mushrooms*, carrot, sliced chicken, sweetcorn & tinkerbell peppers*
D - Wild rice mixed with veggies , and some extra lean beef strips
Note (local morrisons has had a HUGE refurb with a huge focus on fruit & veggies so they have all sorts of weird & wonderful new things for me to sample). The horse mushrooms i would describe as very "woody" sort of flavour and the tinkerbell peppers (yes they are really called this) taste like a normal pepper but are dinky in size
snacks - pineapple, melon, apple, raspberries & blueberries :T, coconut muller light .. No syns for me today
ETA - bought a star fruit and a dragon fruit for me to try as well.
