A sunny good morning to all :)

G&B - massive well done on your results, but sorry to hear about the chicken pox :(

RFD - Please don't be too upset about your gain - it happens to us all (whether justified or not) and as others have said, it will be gone by next week if you stick at it.

Vicki- Don't worry about being 'selfish'- you need to think of yourself, your god-daughter and her parents at this time. Very well done for sticking with the exercise though!

Quiet day and weekend here. Popping round to my brother's to give my niece her birthday present tomorrow but we're not stopping, got so much to do around the house that we need to get back. Also means I can cook all my own food, which is always a bonus ;)

Ended up not making the baked bean lasagne last night - OH fancied soya mince so I used that. Will give the bean one a test run next week while he's away.

    Green for me today:

B: Bran flakes (HEB), milk (HEA), banana
L: Half portion of L/O lasagne (1/2 HEB for cheese), pineapple
T: Half portion of L/O lasagne (1/2 HEB) with SW chips and broccoli
S: Strawberries, Greek muller (0.5), Fudge (6), Options Indulgence (3)

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

sorry to hear about the chicken pox G&B! good luck for the next week or so! i remember i was a complete nightmare when i had it when i was younger, mostly because i just got bored of being home from school all day after the original novelty wore off :rotfl:

    Morning all

Before i start - G&B congratulations on your results

Thank you for all the kind words about my gain last night, ended up ringing my mum & blubbed about gaining (:o:o) to which she replied " why the bloddy hell are you crying about it when its blatently obvious that TOTM is imminent" , stop worrying about it. It will disappear next week.
After i had shed some tears i felt a bit silly and then came to the conclusion that it must be hormones as normally wouldnt be this way over a (relatively ) trivial matter :o:o

To further confirm the hormones attack i have today woken up in a grumpy mood, jabbed myself TWICE in the eye when putting on mascara this morning and then knocked off a plate from the draining board which broke. Because i was so flustered with mascara/plate breaking incidents i have left my lunch/snacks at home *cue more *

Just to balance all the negativity out the sun is shining again, its friday and payday :j and my boss made me a brew this morning (doesnt normally)

So i am now at a loss as to what to have for lunch - if anyone has any ideas feel to shout.

Menu - (doing a red day)

    B - Grape nuts & skimmed milk (hex a & b)
    L - no idea -
D - Chicken breast with veggies and 2nd hex b of new potatoes

Snacks - left fruit at home too so will be buying some fruit at lunch time

    Have a nice day peeps

    Hi all:j

Am still here reading but not posting, have decided to try & use minimal syns daily & save them for weekends which are my danger time:eek: We go to rugby every week where we are treated to a meal, and usually it's quite :eek::eek: and there is no choice, not like in a restaurant:D. Anyhow, I'm trying harder:T
Tonight had SW donner kebab, was very nice & seemed to be pretty authentic according to DD (I haven't been inside a kebab shop in years). Plus a couple of salads & SW wedges, it was lush:D

Kandafs mam - please can I ask where you get the coconut Mullers from ?? I thought they were Ltd Ed & they have disappeared from the local supermarkets - and they were my fav!!!

How do you make SW donner kebabs please?
Lost 38.5 lb with SW so far, 56LB to go!:A

ETA - got very angry as i was coming back into work as there was a group of people who work in the building smoking , and one of them threw their butt which hit me in the arm. Cursed him out loud and ran up 4 flights of stairs in a complete rage cursing smokers and their manky habits . What annoyed me more is that they have bins outside the office & on the wall for them to put their fag ends in..
