It's only because it was a few days worth of overindulgence :rotfl: it could not be actual fat!
And as someone mentioned, when on a long haul flight it's quite easy to actually blow up in size. My fingers and feet always go bigger when I am flying so maybe it was that :rotfl: either way I ain't complaining.:D

Ahhhhhh I see, I didn't realise you can put on weight by flying, I'm sure you will have no problem shifting the rest before WI. Very well done to you.

Well had my WI this evening and i gained 2 pounds :(. Feeling very upset about it all , and spent all evening thinking about possible reasons, Have come up with these :-

1- my bad weekend (last but one weekend ago) has actually caught up with me .
2 - Because i was weighed at 5pm instead of the usual 7.pm and my tummy still felt full from lunch time.
3 - I am coming up to :staradminweek , and while its not quite that time its definately imminent.
4 - all of the above

whatever the reason is i am feeling very carp with myself this evening and i want to cry because i am bitterly disappointed
Furthermore i have let myself down by eating 100g of cherry lips which i bought from the shop after WI .

    Hi All

Is 30g mature cheddar an HEA? May be where I am going wrong as the book doesn't say mature  I love cheese :D, infact still to have my HEA for today so off for cheese n pickle now :D
Does it have to be co-op WM pitta ( I use Asda or Tesco)

I stood & made my DH a fry up on Sunday, consisting of sausages, ham, potato scone, mushrooms, tomato, dumpling, egg, beans, I had..........frozen berries n yoghurt :A. Thats dedication :rotfl:
I dont think the book differentiates between mature and immature cheese, only between regular and low fat! Also the book (and online) says Co-op pitta, it may be that the recipe is different, perhaps the others have less fibre or something. And why didnt you have the fry up? Sausages probably synned, but ham is free if defatted, eggs, mushrooms, tomato and beans are free, the potato scone would be free by the sound of it. Ignore the dumpling. As long as not fried in fat (and most of that could be dry cooked in microwave or use a grill).
only danger areas are going to be finding a breakfast thats free/HE that i can eat at 6am, a lunch that i can take with me so i don't resort to shop sandwiches and as i won't get home until 7.30pm I'm going to have to come up with some sort of train snack to keep me going. also, i know the one of the girls that work there and they are always at the gym and doing zumba so hopefully it'll rub off on me :rotfl:
Well done on job! I have breakfast between 6 and 6am, this morning for instance it was raspberries and pink grapefruit with an Asda fat free raspberry yoghurt, delicioso! You can prepare it all the night before if you want. Or a fried breakfast that can be miked to reheat in the morning. Or porridge oats (HEB) soaked in yoghurt overnight if you like it sloshy, or popped into yog in the morning if you prefer it with a bit more bite. Or that breakfast rice people used to make.

Vicky, hope it's good news about your little god daughter.

Guns, no more weight loss for you, get out and party girl.

off to read rest of posts.

WI tonight and finally a bit momentum for me :j

5lb off :j so chuffed and it's about bloomin' time that's all I can say.

I was even considering going to the docs and asking for those tablets that help you lose weight but I want to do it without relying on that. It's been a hard slog but I feel fantastic. I've been losing inches because clothes are feeling much looser but the scales didn't want to budge along with the inches but now they have.

I am off to buy a pair of fabulous shoes I've had my eye on, my treat for getting past the half a stone mark!

    chuffed for you lalamb,
    you got there!!
well done for sticking with it!!

Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

  • Hi all,

I carried out quite a lot of exstensive research with regards to Capsiplex Slimming Pills and read some great reviews but yet some bad reviews; decided to give it a go anyway.

within the first month I had noticed big results and have ordered a 2nd months supply therefore would definately reccommend this product.

Not a Miracle supplement but yet for the price its fab stuff.

I ordered it from www dot topslimmingpills dot com if anyone is interested.

    Good Luck

    Simon.

I think this is a scam mail!!

really really don't cry and stop eating the cherry lips! It'll go by next week, and more - but not if you abandon everything and stuff yourself with cherry lips! I gained 2 lb too, and I too was weighed 2 hrs earlier than usual - perhaps that explains it all, who knows. Honestly, everyone, EVERYONE, has weeks when they go up instead of down, sometimes they know there's a reason, sometimes it just seems cruel. But, to be honest, if you got onto your home scales 5 times in an hour they could weigh 2 lb different each time .... please, just be philosophical and shrug it off and say "it'll be gone by next week, dammit!!!!" Big hug.

Oh and I hope everyone else has reported the tw*t advertising his slimming pills a few posts up
