  • Well had my WI this evening and i gained 2 pounds :(. Feeling very upset about it all , and spent all evening thinking about possible reasons, Have come up with these :-

1- my bad weekend (last but one weekend ago) has actually caught up with me .
2 - Because i was weighed at 5pm instead of the usual 7.pm and my tummy still felt full from lunch time.
3 - I am coming up to :staradminweek , and while its not quite that time its definately imminent.
4 - all of the above

whatever the reason is i am feeling very carp with myself this evening and i want to cry because i am bitterly disappointed
Furthermore i have let myself down by eating 100g of cherry lips which i bought from the shop after WI .

Now come on, don't sabotage the rest of your good work, call it a blip and carry on regardless!
You know your stronger than that :D

Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

    46 weeks!

It's just a blip in the road. Don't be disheartened.

Is anybody as mad as me? Every time I try and lose weight I only have to be doing it for a day and I think I'm lighter and slimmer:rotfl::rotfl: Started back at SW last night and have eaten really well today

B 35g cereal, banana and skimmed milk
L BIG salad with hard boiled eggs, tuna
D Steak, jersey royals and another big salad
meringue nest, banana and measured & synned blob of low fat fromage frais.

Used just a few syns on low fat spread on potatoes, meringue and fromage frais.

Not a bit hungry, so how come I am thinking about food and diets?

just popping back in to let you all know that my god daughter has viral meningitis but it has not yet been officially confirmed by the doctors seen as the hospital keep losing the blood tests! she is currently on a lot of antibiotics but she was all smily when i got there after work yesterday having spent the whole day fast asleep!
the ward is ridiculous though she is in a side room with a window that opens about 2cm and there is 1 fan on the whole entire ward so they keep saying her temperature is up....not surprised it's up i was sweating buckets yesterday!!
food wise i've lived on fruit for the past 2 days with little proper food in between which i know is really bad but my appetite has completely disappeared
congrats to the person that got the first class honors (sorry heads a shed and can't remember your name!)
somehow with everything that is going on still managed to keep going with 30 day shred on day 22 today and am def seeing results now (in this heat though i am unattravely sweating buckets!)
phoned my 'best friend' yesterday who is on the list of people who only think about themselves and makes negative comments about my weight loss (she has been on a diet since she had her first child 3 years ago and now has a 9 month old but her diet consists of gregg's, fast food and ready meals!) tried talking to her about god daughter and she started moaning about she hasn't got time to have her hair cut would i look after the kids while she went.....she has a husband for goodness sake and a humongous family who are always round am i being completely selfish in saying no cos i have to be at the hospital?
anyway better go to work only working till 2 today then hospital visits again (sorry for ranting i've done nothing but rant and moan since i came on this thread!)

No you're not selfish Vicki, she is. Hope your god daughter is on the mend.

I have sick child too this morning. She came through at about 6am saying she had heat spots on her tummy. Nope, they'll be chicken pox:eek: And my husband has never had it:eek::eek:
