Not a happy bunny tonite, WI +.5lb, I know its not a lot but I just can't see what I did wrong, felt a right twit as she went round the group everyone who had put on had a reason either wine, bbq or birthday meals and I've stuck to plan all week. :(

The trouble is I'm away next week so I expect to either STS or gain, now I'm feeling bad about going on holiday.
SW start date 20/02/12 - lost so far 2st 2.5lb

    Don't beat yourself up hun.
You could be bloated due to the hot weather.

Chin up & enjoy your holiday.

Don't feel bad, you know you've stuck to it so its probably just fluid, it goes back to that thing about looking more at monthly losses than week to week. x

I'm a loser too, only not in the same way.. I gave up for a day, and it turned into a week... then today at work I weighed myself, a full stone over what I thought... so upset.

Start afresh tomorrow, got all the SW books now from eBay so hopefully I won't fall off the wagon this time.....

Well done to everyone who has lost this week xx

Thanks, I hope you're right! It's annoying to put on anyway but when there's no apparent reason  I'll blame it on yesterday's sunburn, lol! Think I'm going to write all my meals down from now on so I can compare a bit better too.

Hello, Is there room for one more in here ? I've been doing slimming world a while now and know that it works when I stick to it properly - but that's the problem at the moment I'm struggling! However I've got a holiday in 9 weeks so going to use this as motivation, ideally I'd like to lose a stone by then but following a 3lb gain tonight it seems like a long way off!
