WI tonight - goodness knows how it will go cos I haven't felt well for the whole week.

Last week was * week - and I really didn't cope - very tired, 3 day headache, not much exercise and starving mostthe time..

Seen GP - bloodtest booked for next Monday ( worry is that it will, by then, be day 14) and am 99% certain to try Mirena, cos I just can't cope with this. Last * came 23 days after previous one, which was 21 days after the previous one.

To be honest it all adds up - loss of energy, enormous pile of ironing that needs doing, haven't run/swum for a while.....

But none of the gP's at our surgery fit the Mirena, so i will have to go elsewhere to get it fitted - great - cos i don't drive and neither does DH.

Anyway well done to all the losers - piglet - look forward to hearing your result today.......

Aww you're really going through it at the moment aren't you! Hope you get yourself sorted soon :)

    Morning all!

i am going back to my usual class today, (5pm Monday) i had been going to the same venus at 930am class on tues, but i really dont think i am one of these people who weigh lighter in the mornings,

i am a bit worried about going in cause i am heavier at night tho,

l am 0.5lbs over target, so i hope to still be within the 3lbs range regardless, i may as well go while i am in target range and work from there,

the really annoying thing is that last week i weighed 11.13 in the docs, this week i was 11.12, tho the SW scales weighed me at 12.4.5! near half stone difference:mad::eek:

its was neither here nor there when i had 6 stone to loose, but it matters to me now:o:mad:

also i got my Xenical / orlisat script from the GP, but its still out of stock in all the chemists i tried, anyone know anything about it, the only info i can get is "it will be june til we hear more",

i was super good all weekend, plenty of body magic, so fingers crossed for tnite ;)

well...its turned out i had no need to worry...

    i lost 2lbs :j:beer:

that leaves me 1.5lbs below target:j

i would still like to get the other 1.5lbs off this week to take me to my 6 stone award :o

well I can finally report another loss...

just a lb but it takes me to the club 10 and just 6 more to go to first target :0)

Dithering about if today is a green or ee day - family menu plan says sausages but I have lo sw quiche for lunch with a HEA cheese on. If I do green I can have milk for my cereal and tea any syn sausages (8) and eat whatever veg I fancy tonight if I go EE I can have sausages and syn the milk but can't have peas with my dinner...how many syns in about 250ml of ss milk?

Just wondering how everyone does slimming world on a budget? We do a big monthly shop in next few days. Ideally would buy what we need for month for about £75 and then just buy fresh fruit and salad every week (use frozen veg). Its only 3 of us but lo is in nappies so includes that too. And his milk but we put him on cows milk at 9 months so save some money there.

    Morning all,

Well done to the losers and hugs to those who have not been well.

I lost 2lb last night - not the most amazing loss considering it's over 2 weeks, but I'll take it. Had a bit of a mini-binge when I got home, which I'm not particularly proud of but when I look at what I used to eat every week after WI at WW I realise it could have been so much worse. Going to do more EE days this week as it makes me eat more veg. Still ate a fair bit of veg the last 2 weeks doing mainly green but not the same proportions as usual.

    So, today's EE plan:
B: Strawberries, mixed frozen berries, oats (HEB) and FF natural yogurt
L: Tuna pasta with loads of roast veg and salad, mayo (1.5)
T: Probably same as lunch as going to Ikea with a friend after work so late in and have made 2 portions (1.5)
S: Greek muller (0.5), Freddo (5), milk for drinks (HEA)

Have a good day all :)

    Hi all

Received sad news this morning, my best friends dad died this morning. They knew it was going to happen but doesn’t make it any easier on them. :(

I feel even more bloated today than yesterday & its weigh in tomorrow. My friends hubby is going to get me the 100 EE days book when he is at class, he was shocked when I told him how much it was selling for online

    Todays EE plan

    B – Frozen Berries, blueberries,FF Yoghurt, melon
L – Wholemeal pitta HEB, salmon with tomato sauce (1 syn), salad, melon, satsuma
    D – Havn’t decided yet??!!!!
S – Toffee muller, banana, apple

Do you have an Aldi or Lidl near you?
I base my fruit & veg intake around what they have on offer.
This week Aldi have tomatoes, mango, spring onions for 39p.

Sorry to hear your bad news macpep.

    hey ladies!!!

well WI on thurs was successful thankfully! i lost 2.5lbs (well 2 if you dont include the 1/2lb i had on the week before) so im now 12st 6 :D

had a busy weekend with a family wedding and a heavy night out with friends, so have a lot of making up to do. this thurs though i wont be able to make WI as family have surprised us from australia and thurs is the only day they can meet up. which is where i need your help lol.

we are all meeting at my aunts house, and everyone is bringing a dish so we have kind of like a buffet, but i dont know what to make. my aunt is making my favourite food but its not too SW friendly (chicken and brocolli bake - but it has tinned soup etc in it) cousins are making 'beef and beans,' cheesecake etc...

i would love to make something yummy but im stuck on ideas as it needs to be able to travel and be heated in an oven when i get there. any suggestions?
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:
