Green Day - good if you are not a massive meat eater, or vegetarian.Allowed 2 Hex A & B choices on this plan. On green you are allowed rice, pasta, spuds etc but no meat unless its synned or a B choice.
Red Days - This plan is good if you like meat , again you are allowed 2 Hex A & 2 B Choices if you choose a red day. On a red day pasta, rice , spuds etc must be synned or used as a B choice.

On the red/green days you dont need to fill your plate with a 1/3 superfree but it is recommeneded that you snack on free food (so fruit/veg etc)

Hi everyone, -1.5 lbs for me tonight at WI, quite chuffed as it's TOTM today too, 1st 2lbs to date.
I'm also in that should I, shouldn't I stage of buying clothes. I can manage at the moment but keep seeing all the offers on summer clothing, don't want to tempt fate buying a smaller size yet, hope there's plenty left in a few weeks time.SW start date 20/02/12 - lost so far 2st 2.5lb0 -
Wow you lot can talk :P I weighed myself on the wii tonight (Its middle of week for me- Im a Thurs weigher) and if its accurate (I think mine is) I've lost 3.5lbs! Think the eating no bread has helped too!£20 a day April 2014 £834.87/£600 :j

New pack will be £10 I think - same as member joining fee.
As to the pasta and sauce - if its the batcherlors pasta and sauce we are talking about then I eat the whole packet to myself usually served with fried (in frylight) peppers and sweet onions and a bit of sweet chilli sauce. Its yummy.
Weigh in today and not confident. Syns have been on the high side and nervous about this coming week because will be away for four days and really not sure how I am going to manage foodwise as its going to be several hours drive on the motorway x 2 plus pub food and booze galore (although after feeling so rotton at the weekend, I am intending on going easy on the drink front) Do I book a holiday from class for next week so I have chance to get back into sw mode?
Menu today will be similar to yesterday - ww meal for lunch served with salad and tea undecided as yet. I was good last night. My big box of salad is in my office fridge but I took some home and had it with my lamb shank and sweet potato chips. They were yummy :T
Have a good day all :j0 -

WI tonight - goodness knows how it will go cos I haven't felt well for the whole week.
Last week was * week - and I really didn't cope - very tired, 3 day headache, not much exercise and starving mostthe time..
Seen GP - bloodtest booked for next Monday ( worry is that it will, by then, be day 14) and am 99% certain to try Mirena, cos I just can't cope with this. Last * came 23 days after previous one, which was 21 days after the previous one.
To be honest it all adds up - loss of energy, enormous pile of ironing that needs doing, haven't run/swum for a while.....
But none of the gP's at our surgery fit the Mirena, so i will have to go elsewhere to get it fitted - great - cos i don't drive and neither does DH.
Anyway well done to all the losers - piglet - look forward to hearing your result today.......:jFlylady and proud of it:j0
