thanks for the welcome
SW have 3 plans for you to follow - Extra Easy is the plan which is pretty much your meat/veg & spuds every meal - The rule with EE is that you must fill your plate with 1/3 superfree food. You are only allowed one healthy extra A & B Choice every day .
Green Day - good if you are not a massive meat eater, or vegetarian.Allowed 2 Hex A & B choices on this plan. On green you are allowed rice, pasta, spuds etc but no meat unless its synned or a B choice.
Red Days - This plan is good if you like meat , again you are allowed 2 Hex A & 2 B Choices if you choose a red day. On a red day pasta, rice , spuds etc must be synned or used as a B choice.
On the red/green days you dont need to fill your plate with a 1/3 superfree but it is recommeneded that you snack on free food (so fruit/veg etc)

Also just wondering about what other people do about clothes? Most of clothes are feeling baggy on me now but am feeling reluctant to spend since i am still another 1.5 stone from target.

I'm going to try a different group this week, near to where I work with a 5.30 start. I just feel with my local-to-home 7.30 group the whole evening is shot. Plus, I can't seem to get enthused with the current consultant. we shall see.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

I know what you mean ... and it helps me eat less seeing others (including my regular food companion who thinks SW saying "eat as much as you want" stops there, rather than adding "but ensure a third of the plate is superfree") pile up their plates and stagger back to the tables.
Yes, fruit, or vegetables, or something canned that is free - but I confess I only take something if I am planning to stay for the lecture - I mean talk.

Thanks for that, I will grab something on my way there. Well done on all the losses everyone :j.Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0 -
am struggling with my menu for tomorrow.. its the dreaded few days before payday which means i am scraping about looking for free food or trying to think up a recipe that i can make quickly this evening
ETA - I have one of those pasta & sauces actually. Do any of you use the whole packet as one serving? I quite often split into 2 servings.. does it make me a greedy beggar if i do have the whole packet ?
Double ETA - Well done those that have had a loss this pm...

Hi every one
Just a quick check in while I am away with work. Nightmare day for me today - been at the office 7am til 8pm. Only managed to grab whatever was available for lunch - sandwiches & chips.... first time I have eaten bread for months and don't feel very great tonight. Syns will be horrendous as it was only white bread, all had butter on them and all had fillings which were mixed with mayo.
drawing a line under today and going to stop at the 24hr Ts on the way to work first thing tomorrow to buy a salad for lunch - home late on tomorrow night thank god.
Well done all losers, will catch up again Wednesday. xMortgage Aug 22 £280,000
