Not updated for a week but been reading. 1lb off this week, pleased as I think I had my 105syn limit and most of that on cake bars which I'd stocked up on for the kids and managed to resist till this week!!
Back on track with 10syns a day this week.
Well done to everyone and lets all keep at it!!16 April 2012 begin SW - Loss to date 22/39

I am trying a green day today for the first time so my menu is this -
B - 35g of grape nuts with skimmed milk (HEX A & B )
L - Ainsley Harriett cous cous (half a pack used so 0.5 syns) , have thrown in some peppers, quorn chicken pieces (free) and button mushrooms to make a bit more filling.
D - Sweet potato chips with a veggie omelette topped with 2nd HEX A 45g of reduced fat cheese
S - pineapple & melon, low fat greek yoghurt (0.5 syns) , packet of kooks vegetable & rice snacks (4 syns )
Does this look ok for a green day??
Also just wondering about what other people do about clothes? Most of clothes are feeling baggy on me now but am feeling reluctant to spend since i am still another 1.5 stone from target.
ETA - Not going to my usual WI this PM. Am trying out another consultant this week so WI will be Thurs this week
Seems fine for a green day, you can have another HE B.
As for clothes, when I was losing my weight I just got cheap stuff from Primark and just a couple of dresses with belts.
Trying a new consultant can be very positive. Whenever we have had a different one I always pick up something new and it's good to see how each consultant works, (it's also good to see how other consultants deal with the people in group who continue to have private conversations when the consultant is talking)0 -
Been MIA for a few days. After my cooking fest on Friday I couldn't move on Saturday - my back was completely out. Been stuffing myself with anti-inflammatories and painkillers ever since! Finally up and about today but feeling sorry for myself.
Had to go to an event last night which I really didn't feel like going to and was still a bit sore but was driven there and back. Normally at this kind of thing I would be up and moving around talking to people but I couldn't do that so had to plonk myself at a table and people kept putting nibbles in front of me!!!!Mediterranean Mum

Are you having a green day? Was the chilli a ready meal? Its normally 20 calories per syn but the rice will be classed as free food (if you are doing EE/Green). It would be synned if you were doing a red day.
Welcome to the MSE SW thread though , everyone is lovely on here & great for offering support when you are having a rubbish day..
Good Luck

The idea is to get a third of your plate fllled with what they call "super foods" , load on the fruit and veg and eat it with your main meal, not just as snacks inbetween.
At a quick glance you need more veg.Norn Iron Club member 4730 -

Evening all
Just back from WI, turns out I shouldn't have worried, 3 lbs off this week :j
Really chuffed and I think I will be be a more bit relaxed when it comes to WI now. Think I must be one of these people who has a week delay for the good work.
Well done to everyone else!Slimming World Target Achieved 13/09/12!0
