    Has anyone tried freezing grapes?
Apparently they are moe like a bloied sweet and last longer in the mouth. I havent tried it yet myself, too mean to risk ruining good grapes!

I love frozen grapes & always serve them with cheese & crackers.

If the weetabix is your HEB the the ryvita would be syns. Sesame oil syns? If your milk is HEA the cheese is syns. unless you are doing green then ignore me :rotfl: Still some syns there though.

Ok, here's my honest account of red day.. day 6..

B - shredded wheat (HEB), skimmed milk (from HEA allowance), banana
L - 3 WW sausage (1.5 syn), baked beans, tomatoes, slice of wholemeal bread (HEB), 2 ww yoghurts (syn free flavours)
D - turkey, courgette, baby sweetcorn, mushroom, leek, tomato
Snacks - 4 bubbly choc bar things (8 syns) and enough milky tea to use up both HEA's on skimmed milk

That wouldn't have been THAT bad but I ruined it all with a lovely lemon fresh cream muffin from Morrison's. No idea of the syn value, but I know it was 293 kcal and since I feel quite low today it was worth every bite!!

That's def more than 6 syns in that, always check the exact value before you eat.

Triangle will range from 0.5 to 2 or 3 depending on brand and fat %

1 level tablespoon of oil is 6syns alone.

2 ryvita will vary on type and will either be 2 or 4 in total depending on which you had.

You should still be just under 15 for the day but if you guesstimated at 6 and worked on 6 then had more because you thought you had 9 left you could end up over.

As you had no meat that could be a green day so not so bad as you can have 2 HEa & Bs.

I just had a mushroom, pepper and onion omelette and some orange and grapefruit segments, can't believe a week ago I was laid on my sofa thinking my stomach would explode!!
I made the sweet potato and bacon quiche yesterday it was very nice! Does anyone know if it can be frozen? Not like I have room in my tiny freezer anyway it's full of WW meals when the glitch was on...got them for 'emergencies' but never ate any might try offload them to a friend!
I'm definitely someone who is lighter in a morning than in an evening so not sure what to expect when I weigh in for first time on Tuesday at 5. On weigh day does everyone eat as normal or try to limit intake until after they've been weighed?
