I've gained half a pound. was expecting last weeks outing to catch up with me plus this week has been an awful week so I've just been eating and eating and not really sticking to it. got the great manchester run tomorrow so I'm hoping for a nice boost but knowing my luck i'll end up putting on more in muscle/water weight :rotfl:
I'm going to go back to a food diary next week, hoping it'll scare me into realising what i'm eating!0 -

Evils, I also put on half a pound this week. My first gain in five weeks of SW. I think I earned it though, half a bottle of wine on Sat night, lunch out with a friend, a big fat cinnamon scone and coffee on another day.
I think I am back on track now, but I will need to be extra vigialnt tomorrow when the family are coming for a roast pork dinner.Melon to start, roast pork apple sauce, cauliflower, peas, SW roast potatoes, and SW tiramisu desert. I gin and slimline one glass of WW white wine.Norn Iron Club member 4730 -
