I've discovered a big love for fruit since starting SW.

I always liked strawberries and grapes but never ate enough, I would go through phases. But since starting SW I eat every fruit going, but in particular I love raspberries and I've now discovered a love for blueberries.....but my god are they expensive! I could demolish a tub of blueberries with a mullerlight. Tesco have blueberries on offer at the minute though, £1.99 instead of £3.99

Are there any other fruit bargains around?

Morrisons strawbs are £1 but to be honest the quality is deteriorating quickly!

I find that with most strawberries, I get the majority of my fruit/veg from Aldi on a Sunday as they are 39p & 59p depending whats on offer in their "Super 6" they had blueberries on at 59p a good few weeks ago, don't know if you have one near you, I got Lidl strawbs on Monday £1.29 & they were lovely

Aldi have frozen summer fruits 500g for £1.39 or black forest fruits same price.

Very good and well done! I feel and notice a difference in my arms, bum, tummy and thighs. I am going to get the rest of her DVDs because I really enjoy them. I ended up doing BFBM dvd today again today, hoping that has made a difference to WI tonight. I will start level 2 tomorrow of 30DS.........I think that's day 6 for me, I've lost count because of the alternating! I also don't like doing the weights every day, I would end up looking like Popeye!

Keep up the good work! :T

i did davina mcall before this and because i am so impatient and never listen to the instructions i did the full dvd (over 2 hours) in 1 go including a really big weights section i didnt really like it though and everyone was raving about 30DS so i bought the box set, i need to do the weights to get rid of my bingo wings :rotfl:

someone mentioned the bacon leek and sweet potato quiche is it ordinary cheddar or reduced fat cheddar that is put on the top?

Too much artificial sweetener? Although that usually has the opposite effect on me.... also no green leafy stuff.

When I eat too much artificial sweetener I get a real gutsache and bloated belly, yes. I remember when I used to eat two alpen bars, if I also had a muller light and something else with sweetener in I would feel really bloated.. but then I would get the runs too. Basically it played havoc with my digestion. I try avoid it as much as possible now - have even cut down on the mullers; I have natural yog with a teaspoon of honey.

Well since we are on the subject of inner workings ....I find myself quite "bunged up"if you know what I mean. I am very surprised, given all the extra fruit and vegetables in my diet. I have abandoned the bananas in case they were the problem , but it seems not!
