Thanks, you're a life saver! How many syns does the whole thing work out at if I use a tub of ex light?0 -

No idea as I don't have access to the syns calculator. However the extra light that I use is 1/2% fat so I don't syn it at all.Mediterranean Mum

Lol@the muller comment! I'm the same now and I never ate yoghurt before SW, I thought I didn't like it! My fridge was jam packed at one point with mullers but I've only got 1 left now and it's cherry which I hate! I have weight watchers ones which are ok but not as fulfilling as a muller, it's Tesco who have the mullers on offer at the minute?
Have you tried the activia snackpots? They are free on SW (except peach - my favourite which is 1/2 a syn, and the banoffee and apple crumble ones which are 1 syn). They are so much better than muller which i wont eat anyway as they have gelatine in them. They are 35p each in sainsburys right now.
Green again:D
A for milk
Coffee
Weetabix(B), yoghurt, banana, tea
Lentil soup
Macaroni cheese and SW chips (Yum! I put my chips in the bottom of the bowl and my macaroni on top so the chips get all covered in cheesy yumminess:o).The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
HELP! Has anyone made a SW quiche using philadelphia extra light?........I forgot to buy quark!
I know this will add syns but I need to make something for my daughter to take to work for her lunch!
Have any of you tried this quiche, it just uses 1 HEA per portion & is devine. I detest cottage cheese so was a bit dubios but as its blended with the eggs you wouldn;t know it had any in, I am having it for lunch today again
Had a horrible time at FP clinic last night, appointment was 7.20, got out at 8.50  I was bleeding & very sore
:(.
I was so traumatised, I even forgot to have my 2nd HEB
So todays EE Plan is
B - Frozen strawbs, pineapple, FF Nat yogurt, Alpen light 1/2 HEB
L - Quiche as above, salad, melon
D - Nothing planned yet so may just ding a WW meal with some veg
S - Banana chopped up in toffee muller. Alpen light 1/2 HEB:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

It's really weird G&B cos I also don't eat Muller in the UK cos of the gelatine but over here we can get Muller without gelatine. They don't make the full range but there are a few so don't know why they can't do gelatine-free ones there too.Mediterranean Mum

. Had 2 sides of HEXB SW chips with salt & pepper on ..noms !
I think i might try that recipe as its sounds lovely
