    Good morning :)

Been MIA this week, but still on it and I'm sticking with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and the banish fat boost metabolism dvds, alternating between the two. I hate the thought of doing it every day but when it's done I feel so good for doing it. I already feel the difference and I've only been doing it for 11 days. My flexibility has greatly improved. So it definitely works! I just feel like I'm going to die half way through the BFBM dvd.

I am struggling staying 100% to SW plan. Struggling with HEA and SF food at meal times. I'm also sneaking in a chocolate bar in the evening, going over my syns allowance. I had a twirl and a milky way last night :( Going to give it 100% today

    Plan for today
B Mullerlight with strawbs and grapes
L Homemade Broccoli soup and 3 ryvitas with phili light
D Wholewheat Pasta with Chicken and peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes.

Snacks will be grapes and not sure what else yet.

Really hoping for a good loss this Thursday night, I'm sick of piddly little losses. I need a good loss to give me that boost!

What I said about us being twins - well it's a bit freaky but last night I put on 2.5lbs!

So I bounced back to 12 stone 2 and feel £$%^& about it! I know it's * time and despite being on tranexamic acid I am really struggling this month....

I am on a countdown so I will hang on until it finishes and then call target I think. I wore size 12 Fatface cords to work yesterday...

Well done to all the losers.

I have the day from hell today - DD1 at hosp at 9.00am (taxi in 20 mins) and then we go to a college open evening at 6 tonight....

Oh and as usual I cooked tea for everyone and then went to weigh in - and nobody did the washing up!

    freaky or what

i think your right, its target time!

when i said to my GP i wanted to loose a few more lbs she had said "what size are you!"....and shes right...she doesnt want to see me in a ten, and i dont want to see me in a ten (i could NEVER maintain that, and i know i would look gaunt!)

so im delighted i called target last week, (Thanks to Getting there:A)

its take the pressure off me too,

do what i did, ask yourself, "if i didnt know what weight i was, would i be happy in a size 12"...and if the answer is a big loud YES...then its target time :D

my mum bought me a money box from the Pound Shop, (it was 99p:D well.....we are in Ireland:rotfl:)

and its got a fiver printed the whole way around, its one of those tin ones, yuo have to open with a tin opener when your done)

and for every week i am at target, the fiver goes in there, :money:
so as of yesterday, my first fiver is in the jar:D

L - Turkey tikka salad made with rocket, the tikka chunks, grated carrot, mushrooms, peppers and HEXA of low fat cheese (bought the tesco variety last night and wasnt too impressed when grating it it because it looked rubbery :undecided)

    Hi All

Well 2lb off for me this week, that’s 13.5lb in total, hopefully next week will see me break the 1 stone barrier. I know I have less to lose so its coming off slowly but still coming off. I am going to have a wine free weekend this week to see how I go (OMG did I actually just say that)

    Todays EE plan

B – Frozen Berries, FF Nat yogurt, Alpen light (½ HEB)
L – Bacon, leek & sweet potato quiche, (HEA) salad, melon
    D – SW quick chicken & rice
S- banana, vanilla muller, Alpen light (½ HEB), Loads of green tea

    Syns – None
    Exercise – Day 11, Level 2 30 DS

Lalamb - you sound just like me, but am not a chocolate craving person, wine lets me down :(. I have still not looked at the linky you gave me for the BFBM yet, I mostly post from work & can't access you tube. Am on day 11 now & definately feel a difference, things are less wobbly & my endurance is better :D
