Am i right in saying i can change in whenever however before i hit target, but once i hit it, i can only change it by 7lb amounts?

yep thats true. your original target is whatever your want it to be but any changes to it after you have hit it must be either 7 pounds up or 7 pounds down. cynic in me thinks its because they get more extra weeks out of you that way rather than you loosing the 3 pounds leeway and saying "oh i like it here, this is my target!" then doing it over and over again.
  • OK girls been shopping and got my menus planned for Friday through to Monday so let's hope I'm back on track. Enough of this ar*ing around - time for action!

    good afternoon :)

had a little blip today :( the stupid chocolate of course :(
managed to stop myself at a sensible time and just figured out I've used all week's worth of syns already so no syns tomorrow... but that's fine, it's only one day :)
    a good day otherwise:
    B ff yoghurt, banana, blueberries
S activia 0%, coffee with milk, alpen light
    L fish pie, strawberries
S coffee with milk, 2 alpen light bars, some choc :(
D will be peppers stuffed with xl turkey mince and salad

scales this morning showed all the damage is undone and then some so if I have a good day tomorrow I should be a happy bunny come Sat's WI :)

well I'm quite small (I'm the same height as kylie minogue, makes me feel better about being small :rotfl:) so any extra weight is really noticeable on me. silly thing is, my wrists are so tiny i can get my little finger and thumb all the way round and touching each other and my wrist bone juts out, so when you see all the extra weight on my tummy, because I'm tiny everywhere else, it really does look like I'm pregnant :(

Same here. I'm slightly taller than you and Kylie but my belly is the same. I always think that if I'm ever in a rush, I can push it out and use the pregnant lady parking spots. :rotfl:

    Good evening

WI for me tonight and I lost 1.5lb :j really pleased considering what I ate over the weekend but I feel doing the 30 shred twice and the banish fat boost metabolism twice this week has helped a lot! Going to aim for 5 days a week of intensive workouts like the ones mentioned and try and go swimming twice a week. I was going to join the gym but those workouts feel more effective, only time will tell I suppose.
