    I buy it ready grated but don't know if you can get it like that in the UK - but I would imagine you can.

    Oh dear, today not going too well, went to have my hair cut in town, which I'm really pleased with so felt good, called at my mums for coffee and got persuaded to stay for lunch, sounds good so far, but my mum doesn't eat healthily, so in 4 hours managed to waste todays syns as follows;

    snack with coffee - Go Ahead bake - 6 syns
    white bread x2 800g loaf so dont think I can count as HEB
    butter spread twice as thick as normal and not even a light version, only free filling was sliced apple
    1/4 custard slice, hardly worth eating eh?

    Looks like I'm having the homemade soup I planned for lunch with pasta instead for tea.
    SW start date 20/02/12 - lost so far 2st 2.5lb

    hi everyone, i started WW online last year and lost 6stone 5lbs but then for the past 3 months after being 3lbs from goal i am now 1 stone away from it no matter what i did i put weight on (i am an exercise demon now though!) so now i'm thinking of joining slimming world but i notice the online membership is considerably more than the WW membership so I just wanted to know if it was worth it or if it is cheaper to go to the classes or if anyone could give me any starting tips or anything thanks in advance x

    The class is good, very supportive,personally I would gladly pay more to go to an actual meeting and chat to other people, otherwise I know I would just " forget" about my online membership.

    :jMed Mum - thank you!!!!!

    Arty - Im east belfast too ;)

    Piglet - great news about the fashion show. I would ask where it is but wouldn't want to freak you out!!! sounds ilke a fantastic opportunity. I have 4 weigh ins before i go on holiday, next tuesday is my last of my six week countdown. Some thinking to be done regards target.

    Am i right in saying i can change in whenever however before i hit target, but once i hit it, i can only change it by 7lb amounts?
    A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men :cool:

    That would seem rather drastic if it is true! Hey, we could both go to Piglets fashion show and freak her out!
    Only kiddin Piglet. I have a morbid fear of anyone I know walking into my group and then telling everyone. I know I should be proud but I am actually embarrased. People say to me " you dont need to lose weight" but becasue I am tall they cant see the extra stone and a half round my middle but I can feel it! It annoys me when I am deemed to be a fraud.
