WI a day early as i have a job interview tomorrow morning and another half pound off. i was expecting a STS after weekend, had a friends birthday so a big night out and i prob had a full weeks of syns in one day :eek:
hit my next mini target of being 11 and a half stone :j
got lots of mini targets all bunched up together now, my next one is 11 5.5, the weight i gave up at the last time i did SW (after putting on 1.5 in my first two weeks because i couldn't afford to chuck the contents of the kitchen and start from scratch :eek:). 11 4.5 is my one stone award and 11 4 is the weight i was the last time i joined SW. then 11 2 is my club 10 :rotfl:0 -

well I'm quite small (I'm the same height as kylie minogue, makes me feel better about being small :rotfl:) so any extra weight is really noticeable on me. silly thing is, my wrists are so tiny i can get my little finger and thumb all the way round and touching each other and my wrist bone juts out, so when you see all the extra weight on my tummy, because I'm tiny everywhere else, it really does look like I'm pregnant0 -
Evilsquid the mini targets all sound good and it sounds like a great way of staying motivated. well done!
I had my own little mini target which was to get into the 10's and acheived that this week so was well chuffed. Now to stay there lol!
I think I might have to set myself a new "mini" target of 10st 7lbs, then it will be my club 10 a few lbs after that.
Last night we didn't get home til late and went to the pub after (eek!), had a grilled chicken breast burger (only ate a 1/4 of the break, the OH had the rest), with salad and I must confess I ate some chunky chips too. I was quite good though, I put a third of them onto the OH's plate straight away and then only ate around half of what were left on my own plate. They were lovely and it was worth the syns!Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world!

Coffee
1 weetabix (1/2B), yoghurt(0.5 syns), banana, tea
Apple
Lentil soup with WM roll and ham(1 syn)
Cheese(A)Omelette with SW chips, salad and beetroot.
Have 1/2B left might use it as cheese on my chips.
Got LO off school ill today so just pottering around and tidying up.

As i am having a quorn chicken tikka ready meal for lunch i thought i'd double check the syns again and it has come up with a different syn allowance -:eek: (used the per serving button)

I am 5’2” and have wrists the exact same as yours. I am hoping to get to target of 8st 7lb for my holiday in August so 16.5lbs to go :eek:.For years my weight stayed at 7st 10lb but looking back, it didn’t suit me, so think my target weight for me is realistic & what I will feel comfortable with. Good luck on your mini targets, that’s good motivation.

my last SW target was 8 10 and i did look good at it. it was slim but not stupidly thin, i wanted to loose more to get rid of my belly but i bet if i exercised it would tone me up and i wouldn't need to loose as much to still look good. I've been down to being 7 10 and i was so thin and needed to be anorexic to stay there.0
