Not too happy tonight ladies:
I GAINED :mad: 1 pound!
Don't know what happened, but I have struggled with the concept of adding an extra B choice daily. Don't get me wrong I could eat that and a loaf of bread besides but I was thinking if I ate it then I would put weight on.
If anything I have not eaten enough on any day, and I know that you must eat to loseso I must live with the consequences and up my food this week.
Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

I've been away with work today so stuck in the car for 7 hours which doesn't help. Food diary today as follows:
B - mullerlight, satsuma
S - pear, banana, satsuma, alpen light bar (1/2 HEB)
L - salad, turkey pieces, strawberries, 3 laughing cow light triangles (1/2 HEA)

I had a quite good day again
B cottage cheese and pineapple
S coffee and alpen light
L fish pie, strawberries, banana
S coffee and alpen light
D duck stir fry with pineapple, grapes
syns: 1 toffee quality street(2.5 and no idea how it landed in my mouth), 1/2 bottle of wine(bf's birthday today so we shared a bottle)
I'm still under my syns for this week and I am proud I didn't have a 'pig out' this weektwo days till WI so need to keep up the good work
will stay away from starbucks for the rest of the week I think just in case... I still think it's not as bad as SW books say but you never know :P (I'm drinking cappuccino instead of latte as it's much less calories but no idea what's the difference really, must be brave one day and ask them all the questions LOL)
