OK got it - but if I have veggie mince does that also have to be HEB and measured or is that not counted as HEB?

Nope, veggie mince is free on both red and green.
    Started comping 24/08/2012.

You can only use the site to calculate syns if you're a member and I'm not! Thanks for the idea about the grated veg which I actually do in my frittata but never thought to do with pasta. Got some tatties in the oven baking at the moment and still trying to think what to have with them.

Like LFC said, it's free on R and G but it needs a hell of a lot of added flavour to taste nice.

    Not too happy tonight ladies:
    I GAINED  1 pound!
Don't know what happened, but I have struggled with the concept of adding an extra B choice daily. Don't get me wrong I could eat that and a loaf of bread besides but I was thinking if I ate it then I would put weight on.
If anything I have not eaten enough on any day, and I know that you must eat to lose :D so I must live with the consequences and up my food this week.

Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

evening :) I see you lot get chattier every day ;)

I had a quite good day again :D
    B cottage cheese and pineapple
    S coffee and alpen light
    L fish pie, strawberries, banana
    S coffee and alpen light
D duck stir fry with pineapple, grapes
syns: 1 toffee quality street(2.5 and no idea how it landed in my mouth :( ), 1/2 bottle of wine(bf's birthday today so we shared a bottle)

I'm still under my syns for this week and I am proud I didn't have a 'pig out' this week :D two days till WI so need to keep up the good work

will stay away from starbucks for the rest of the week I think just in case... I still think it's not as bad as SW books say but you never know :P (I'm drinking cappuccino instead of latte as it's much less calories but no idea what's the difference really, must be brave one day and ask them all the questions LOL)

well done to all and welcome to the newbies :)
