Are you doing EE here? If you are you probably need more superfrees - esp at lunchtime. Beans may be free but they're not superfrees..:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

I would be inclined to agree, and probably more food in general, especially at teatime - ham salad wouldn't sustain me. If I'm doing EE I make sure I have both meat/fish and carbs because I can - got to make the most of it, otherwise may as well be on a red/green day!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Piglet and getting there  very well done. Piglet, thats so cool it all came flying off at the end - how exciting!!!!
I have been watching your two stories with interest as im getting very close to my target now and dont know whether to keep going another 5lbs (to get me to 11 bang on), or what to do. Im very slow loser.
TIE -Hugs, hope you feel better soon and your luck changes.
Medmum- i must admit i'm a bit sad reading you so disheartened. (I'm a few pages back so hoping you have cheered up since!) You're one of my favourite posters in this thread (:o) so get your chin up, get focused and get the good results you know you can. :A

Hi All
Hope you are all well, hope to get a wee catch up with thread tonight after exercising & flying is done. Well 1.5 on this week, am gutted,:( normally I know if I am going to have gained but have been doing Jillian Michaels intense 20 min shred for 7 days now, even dusted the cobwebs off the bike yesterday and went out for 30 mins
. I am back to documenting everything again as I fell away from it.
Todays EE plan
B – Berries & FF Nat yogurt
L – SW Bolognese bake (leftover from last night) Melon, strawberries (HEA)
D – Pork one pot (from this months magazine), salad
S – Banana, 2 alpen lights tonight (HEB) milk in 3 coffees (1.5 syns)
Having my green tea now, there is a packet of finger kit kats in work, am really tempted to have one but I will resist, cannot justify 5.5 syns on a biscuit:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

thank you...yeah, i think its very ironic that my "last" weigh in, was my BIGGEST weigh in,
i have NEVER had such a big loss,...i lost 5lbs in 2 weeks (on my holiday week) but not in one week, :j
also strange that i have big losses after not being as good as the weeks i have near ruptured myself exercising and been well under in the syns department ?
i wont complain, it has worked,:D
its up to you regarding your target, i went in with the mindset that i was setting my target for whatever i weighed in at, but i NEVER expected to have a 5lb loss,
so i weighed in at 12.2, so i made my target as 12.4, but 12.1 is my 6 stone award,
maybe you could wait and see what you weigh in at this week?0 -
i must have another wee read at my book later,
say for example for a red meal, could i do my SW "FRY", bacon, SW Sausage, chop, could i still add egg, beans and pineapple to it?
its not in the newer books - it was issued as an extra booklet with both M2M and SE in, in the older packs. your consultant might have a copy or it might be on the net somewhere still.
if you were doing a red fry up, the beans would have to be your HEB or synned. the egg is a red free food so you can add that and pineapple is SF.
if you don't 100% understand R and G days avoid it completely, you'll just end up in a muddle over what counts for what and what you've had. i'd def keep a record of what you've eaten too, on EE you get so used to munching R and G free food together having some of it count as HEB at tea that was free at lunch just gets confusing if its not written down.
also forgot to add, on M2M, all snacks and starters/desserts that aren't SF or HE have to be synned. its more like SE lite without the 2/3 SF than a way to have R and G on the same day.0
