    Morning

How is it possible to go to bed in a grumpy mood and wake even grumpier ????? :rotfl:

So kind of have a plan in place for today. Breakfast is strawberries. Snack is grapes. Lunch is undecided and Tea is SW chips. I may take a couple of those activia fat free strawberry yogurts to work which I can have with the strawberries and I might add some cereal (muesli) for my HEB.

Would be interested to know what you all have for breakfast. I am not very good with breakfast (as I never really feel like eating when I get up and by the time I do want to eat, its too late to knock up a cooked breakfast :D as I am sat at my desk at work!) So breakfast for me usually involves a cereal bar/hi fi bar (so HEB gone or syns) (not helpful when its an Extra Easy day and thats your HEB gone). I do snack on fruit as a second breakfast but have to be organised to have prepped it/have it in the fridge in the first place!

As an afterthought, are there are any ready meals you have come across that are low in syns but are filling and can be used for emergency lunch/evening meals when served with lots of veg ???

    Have a lovely day all.

Hi everyone, please can I join your friendly little group?
I was on MSE quite a while ago but have lost my log in details. :(

I have been going to SW classes for 12 weeks now and have lost 12 1/2 lbs but tonight had my first gain :( only 1lb but feel like its the end of the world, silly I know as I've done ok steadily to date.

I joined with a friend (wouldn't dare to have joined on my own) although since week 1 she either doesn't go or just gets weighed, anyway I now enjoy the classes, we have quite a few friendly people in group. I always go bright red when its my turn to chat but enjoy listening to other peoples tips etc.

    Welcome:D

Cyclingyorkie that is amazing. Welll done:T

Quick question for you lovely ladies.
If i'm doing a red or green day do I have to follow the 1/3 superfree rules?

Piglet - we must be twins! I got on the scales tonight and i had LOST 5lbs!

    I was stunned - and delighted! I now weigh 11 stone 13.5lbs!

And my sole aim for next week is to not bounce back to 12!

Thanks for all the support on here! I really needed it - fast Forward is not easy, nor is it particularly family friendly!

I've gotta go now - eldest gets braces tomorrow so lots to do!

    well done you:j

    No idea! Still haven't set a target........:o:o

Group leader wanted me to set a target for next week of getting my 6 stone award - it's 4lb away! I am unlikely to lose 4 this week - my aim is to stay at a number that starts with 11!

i'm doing this for me - I don't want to set unrealistic targets...... even if they are weekly ones..

    Morning all!

Welcome to the newbies and well done to all the losers, some really big loses there :T

Sorry I am not postiong much, I do read everyday but just have a lot going on atm.

I am doing the best diet going, the broken hearted diet. I have gone totally off food, thanks to my ex coming back into my life again and messing with my head!

The thought of food makes me quite ill.

But I'm really pleased for those doing well, I long to get back into it but can't seem to juggle following plan and looking after my DD's and putting up with lots of carp from the ex.

    .

I have ff yog with my fruit for breakfast - the protein in the yog helps you feel full for longer. I also make a batch of baked omlettes full of veg in muffin tins and take one or 2 of those as a mid mornign snack/ second breakfast - again the portein helps you from feeling hungry! Lovley filling breakfast/ snack and all free/ sf.

What are you having with your SW chips for tea?

    green day today

B - alpen (HEB) yog and banana
L - pasta salad with pesto (2) and roasted veg
D - smoked salmon (HEB) kedgeree with spianch and green beans
S - apple, pear, carrot sticks
