l: 1/2 salad swich, chopped up pineapple, kiwi and blackberries
D:2 sausages and champ, pineapple and grapes

S: ham, tomatoes and a kiwi

is there somethin im doin wrong ladies?

I'm no expert but I don't think you're eating enough! Esp at breakfast and lunch - if you eat too little your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism slows down....Plenty of superfree but chuck in few more frees - some chicken or ham with your salad sarnie, some ff yog for your calcium. Fruit is great but full of sugars - maybe swap some for sf veg?

Just my thoughts - feel free to ignore!

    Drum roll please!!

After my disappointment last week ... I was soooo good but somehow I gained half pound...
Well... This week has MORE than made up for it!

I had my biggest week EVER!! I lost 5lbs...

I lost 5lbs bfore when I booked a holiday wk so that was 5lb in 2wks
But this was my biggest single week ever!

And it took me 2lbs under my new target!! Yippeee..

Thing is... That's a total loss of 5stone 13, so I do wanna get that other pound off for my 6 stone award
But I was soooooo happy to get my target member badge!

Piglet - we must be twins! I got on the scales tonight and i had LOST 5lbs!

    I was stunned - and delighted! I now weigh 11 stone 13.5lbs!

And my sole aim for next week is to not bounce back to 12!

Thanks for all the support on here! I really needed it - fast Forward is not easy, nor is it particularly family friendly!

I've gotta go now - eldest gets braces tomorrow so lots to do!
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j

Plus 1 for me tonight. That's fine. was expecting a gain as it was a maintain last week so a gain long overdue really. Feel almost ready to start the SW week although I am really cross because having a food shop tomorrow night and just been looking at those rice pots a certain uncle what not company makes and at first I thought they were good synwise until I spotted they had synned the rice and sauce separately so most pots are near on 8 or 9 syns :(

I am after stuff that I can have on my shelf at work for those days (like today) when I haven't prepped anything and I am stuck for lunch. But likewise something that is low syn. Im not keen on mugshots.

    Back to the drawing board.....

Hi everyone, please can I join your friendly little group?
I was on MSE quite a while ago but have lost my log in details. :(

I have been going to SW classes for 12 weeks now and have lost 12 1/2 lbs but tonight had my first gain :( only 1lb but feel like its the end of the world, silly I know as I've done ok steadily to date.

I joined with a friend (wouldn't dare to have joined on my own) although since week 1 she either doesn't go or just gets weighed, anyway I now enjoy the classes, we have quite a few friendly people in group. I always go bright red when its my turn to chat but enjoy listening to other peoples tips etc.
SW start date 20/02/12 - lost so far 2st 2.5lb

chin up! you can do it! :)

if I hadn't prepared anything and I do EE then I get sushi from a supermarket or if on Red I get a box of lettuce leaves and some ham(or other free stuff you can get from where you shop) plus some ff youghurt/fruit... not preparing lunch beforehand doesn't have to ruin your SW day :A

I had another good day today(assuming starbucks coffee = my normal milky coffee  :p), only 2 syns which were in form of my fish pie which I made using xl philadelphia
need to find another receipe for fish pie sauce tho as this wasn't that nice(I used the philly and total 0% plus some water and spices... and once the pie cooled down the sauce is too solid even when warmed up :o)

    Tomorrow red again:
    B pinapple and cottahe cheese
S coffee with milk, alpen light bar
    L fish pie, fruit
S coffee with alpen light bar
D duck breast stir fry?, fruit, 2 alpen light bars

and well done to all losers :T hoping to join you on Sat ;)

Its no wonder the UK has a massive problem with obesity .. you just cant get away from junk food. Pretty much anywhere you queue to buy something there is some sort of food near the tills.

Unfortunately it's the same the world over. I think the World Health Organisation should be more pro-active. There is so much in the news about childhood obesity, childhood diabetes, etc, etc. Does no-one understand what is happening to the next generation and the ones to come!

When we were kids (OMG I sound like my mother!), we used to run around outside every day until really late (and in Scotland that was LATE!), stopping only for tea. We didn't sit in front of the computer (there weren't any) or the TV. We were much happier and healthier than most of the kids today.

I hate the fact that if my kids are going on a school trip they think that the only food they should take with them is junk - because that's what all their friends are taking!

I would love to see some major changes but I think we're too far down the road in this technical era.

Right, I'll get off my soapbox now!!

I agree with you. I found myself not going out much socially only with OH and going to work. Rest of the time spent as kids taxi or at home in the day getting fatter.

I went to SW by myself two weeks ago and have already met some nice people and of course we already have something in common.

I would struggle to stay on plan without the class but I can understand £5 is a lot for some in the current climate, suppose it depends on willpower too which I don't have. BTW I lost 3lb this week 5 1/2lb in 2 weeks and was suprised to be slimmer of the week. Plenty of fruit for work for me tomorrow. Good luck to everyone.

I really miss the fact that I have no classes to go to over here and I don't think I'd be struggling the way I am if I had one to go to. The only person I have to stand up in front of is myself here. I can tell you guys anything I want and you'd be none the wiser but when a consultant says that you've put on, you know that you are accountable and you're letting the rest of the team down.

However I understand that in the current economic situation, five pounds is a lot of money to some - as long as it's not being spent on junk instead ;)
