Will be back on plan from Monday.
Hope everyone is well, not read the thread for a week or so as I've been snowed under with uni work.
That's great news, you've worked really hard for it so I'm sure you'll get a great job. x0 -

Oh phew, thank you.. 0.5 syn is nothing, i.m still under on the days I ate them then
I have gone a few syns over today thoughI really need to get a grip of my emotional eating. Three of the kids are ill so I have been mega stressed clearing up sick, administering eyedrops and medicine, trying to get them to drink/eat/sleep etc.. been a nightmare day that followed a nightmare night, I am shattered..
Anyway, I then didn't feel like my fried rice I had planned, so just had amugshot, but that left me starving a couple of hours later, I nabbed a handfl of crisps, a biscuit and a peice of fruity bread!!!! I am so annoyed with myself, even more so because had I followed my initail plan, I wouldn't have eaten my crunchy bar till evening and after stress eating I coul have saved it for tomorrow, but because I had eaten it early in the day there was nothing I could do then
Must learn from mistakes...I did however shake myself and made a pile of sw roasties in the actifry with some beans so felt nicely full after that and know I won't go and binge nowUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -

I've an interim target of 15 stone - when I get there I'll have a think on where I want to be for sure, I'm aiming for a 12-14. I have naturally MASSIVE hips - which is fortunate considering my bra sizeshould I loose enough to have that curvy hourglass. But because of those boobs, and those hips a slinky 10 is forever beyond me.
Flat Eric. I'd do as others have suggested. Take a holiday - no lost money that way. Food is a mean thing. The more you stress about it, the more you want it. The more you avoid it, the more often it finds ways to put itself into your path.
I could always make excuses to eat when I was down. I was cold. I was sad. I was bored. I was hungry. House was a mess. I couldn't cope...
Eh.. I was actually suffering from depression.
I knew I needed to stop, but couldn't. It took alot of things for me to grapple with that particular dragon. Find you. Find what makes you you, and work to claim that you back. - It's what I was told. Took me another few months to figure out what "you" I was. This social script that we are sold by advertisers can really mess with your head.
Always here if you want to talk Flat Eric - pm any time.
Well done on the losses this morning/yesterday that I missed. Hope those that gained enjoyed themselves :rotfl:
On a constant quest for my happy weight here, I managed to have a large glass of wine last night and stay undersyn. Goal. Milk free day paid off. Hubby nicked my pitta pizza.... so we shall be having milk free days more often :T
Today I am aiming to stay beneath 5 syns. Not for any other reason than it keeps your eye on the proverbial ball. You're more aware of what your eating. Tonight it's cottage pie with sweet potato/butternut/swede/carrot mash (root mash I should say eh?) and a whole heap of greens. Lunch was a very warming jacket potato with cottage cheese and yummy salad - syn count for the balsamic vinegarette though I think. Loving beetroot at the minute. Really hitting that sweet craving
Very true words spoken hereThank you very much for your post.

I have had a superdooper good day (and yesterday) since I gave myself a talking to
except for a massive BLIP involving something beginning with C and ending with ATE. I am going to ban myself from syns for the rest of the weekend as a penance because I am a P.I.G. no doubt about it.
i ate a half of a hollow easter egg (small one that fitted in a ceramic mug) last night and felt sick as a dog all night! honestly i was doubled in two at one point - and i still have 2 1/2 eggs to go lol!
bad week so far ... put on .5lb on WI - not amused but its my own fault... i didnt eat as much fruit as i normally would this week.
also didnt get the house i wanted. i was getting it (best bid repo) until some ummm... lets call them a wazzock?... til some wazzock put a cash bid in on the afternoon my final bid was submitted. and they accepted the cash bid! grrrrrr :mad::mad::mad::mad: not remotely amused. i mean who on earth would have over 50k of disposable cash at the drop of a hat?! i was going to do up that poor neglected building and live in it until i could afford to move on to something bigger. it was the only house i could afford, and now that sausage is going to do it up and sell it on for a massive margin and doesnt give two hoots. hes not going to live in it. sorry ladies, had to have a little rantI'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know
On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!0 -
blackberry-rum wrote: »I love the WW citrus yoghurts. The pink grapefruit one tipped over a bowl of actual pink grapefruit and some raspberries is quite possibly the most delicious breakfast EVER!
They are nice frozen too, and don't take as long as the Mullers, about an hour should do it.
You can freeze them
Well I never knew that........my fridge was looking like it had been sponsered by mullerwe were rotating the stock when we topped up. Something I will keep in mind now, thanks!
