I missed my consultant when she rang yesterday so she is phoning back tonight to talk me through FF.
Today will be Success Express - and as much fruit as I can eat!
I've been very wobbly over the past 24 hours and had a huge row with DS which didn't help. I can't help thinking that the change has sneaked up on me... I am bloated, uncomfortable and completely miserable and have been for 4 days - and it's only day 14 of my cycle...:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Heylo all,
It's Friday at last, yay :-)
Went spinning last night, not been since February time (eek!), but really enjoyed it - couldn't push as I hard as I could before as my fitness has dropped due to not exercising enough, but will deffo be doing spinning at least once, if not twice, a week from now on as well as another gym visit and the weights at home etc :-)
Food wise was good yesterday, dinner ended up being SW chips, homemade "carrot and chickpea burgers" (no bun) with a big salad. Yum! Followed by a slice of homemade chocolate banana cake (OH's bday last weekend), so I saved my syns for that!
Today though I've managed to forget to bring my fruit with me to work (grrr!), so for lunch I've got mug shots but no SF. I'm so used to munching on apples mid-morning and afternoon, sad face time.
Will be drinking lots of apple and blackcurrant squash today to keep me feeling full and not wanting to snack, and make sure I eat some fruit when I get home just after 4. At least it's early finish on Friday :-)
Need to buy some fat free yogurts too, only got 1 muller left - are there any others that are free like muller lights? The low fat shape ones are nice but don't know how many syns they are, will have to try and check at lunchtime....
Well done to those that have lost and for the 4k run rachbc! :-D
I hope everyone keeps smiling, and sticks with it - I know that I'm not missing my bad eating habits!!Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world!

WI and another half pound off! the scales said 11 stones 7.4 so i might be slightly under it but i know the SW scales would just round that up to the half pound so I'm sticking with that.
had a friends birthday party wed night so i know why its not more, it'll be all wine, dorito and chocolate cake weight. I've been relatively low syn so i think it should still be under 105 per week though. prob why i got half off!
Flateric - do whatever you feel you need to with SW. I've had weeks where I've just thought "s*d this!" and gone mental. SW can be hard when your busy you cant really control your meals. when i was first on it and at uni it drove me mad sometimes because if i got caught at uni with no planned meal all i could choose was a ready made sandwich, chips or stir fry cooked in oil. only one place sold jacket potatoes and because it was also the cheapest (and smallest!) place it was always rammed. the veggie cafe on campus was the same and used copious amounts of oil, butter, cream and cheese to add flavour to the dishes and the vegan option was always a really sorry looking risotto.0 -
Hi all,
Just been reading through last night's posts. FlatEric- please do continue to post here, even if you do decide to stop SW for a while. I would agree with RedMel and evilsquid though- I have had the relief of stopping and then just going mad, so maybe having a few weeks off class but still trying to stick with the plan as much as you can might help, since you already know how you'll feel if you end up back at square one. Easier said than done though I know
I am feeling a bit fed up today. I think it is over the house - it is a building site and not much is being done atm, plus because of the 'can of worms' we opened when we started renovating it and the extra money it took to put those things right, the funds for doing the rest are running dry. In desperation I have just applied to be on DIY:SOS :rotfl: (the botched DIY being from the previous owners) but doubt we'll get on - we have done some work and don't think it is 'bad enough' for something like that! Would love to have a nice, safe, warm, decorated house though *sigh*
Right, rant over. Luckily the first thing we did was the kitchen so at least I have facilities to cook lovely SW meals (must have put on a stone over the 6 weeks we had no kitchen!), so today's plan (EE) is:
B: Bran flakes (HEB), milk (HEA), banana
L: L/O spag bol, passion fruit
T: Something with seafood - maybe salmon, prawns, new potatoes, carrots and broccoli
S: Greek Mullerlight form yesterday (0.5), probably butter on potatoes (2), some form of biscuit (6)
Have a good day and weekend folks2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]
2012: [STRIKE]Start renovating new house (aka open enormous can of worms)[/STRIKE] _pale_

Todays EE Plan
B – Toffee muller with chopped banana

MOrning all. I seemed to have lost another pound this morning which is good news; I think it was the hour's trek I made yesterday to pick up DS from a playdate - had no idea it would be so far away! But it was a good way to get the exercise in.
So now I'm 10st 4.4; my first goal is 10st 1. That makes me officially 'normal' sized according to the charts. Then I want to lose another half stone so I'm well into the normal range, which gives me a bit of leeway for holidays/christmas etc. SO close, and yet as we all know, those last few pounds are always the hardest....0 -
Thanks:A. The jeans are still a little snug - but heck I want to get maximum use out of them before I have to trade in for another size
...though that maybe wishful thinking - a comfy 12 would make me very happy - just 2 more lbs then I have lost my first stone
Ooohhh 1lb of for me next week sees my losing my first, am hoping the 30 day shred doesnt make my fat turn to muscle, we can do it Rachbc :T:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Just been on the nhs bmi calc, apparantly, I could be as low as 7st 4lb and still be in the 'healthy' range!!!
I think I was about 12yr old the last time I weighed that lol.
Is everyone aiming for 'healthy bmi' or are you aiming for weight, or even clothes size?Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -

Personally, I grabbed a target from the air which was a weight I remember being before I started tippling and snacking! I also knew I'd be comfortable in a good quality size12 (or cheap 14). As it happens at target, I'm a dress size smaller than that.
macpep, I was going to suggest you take your measurements so that you can record NSVs as well as weightloss.0
