Still not doing too badly - fab to hear about all of these brilliant losses! Well done everyone!

Food for me today so far....
    Breakfast - FibrePlus bar (HEB)
    Snack - 2 custard creams (6 syns:eek:)
Lunch - grapes, banana, apple, 2 satsumas, 1 jaffa cake (2 syns)
Tea - quorn, massive salad, new potatoes, boiled egg, small bit of cheese (HEA)

So 8 syns today already and none of them appreciated!:(
Must do better with the picking at tea break time.

I have a Muller in the freezer (been there for ages) so if I need something later that'll have to be it!

re the Slimming World Magnets, I remember getting these when I joined SW and that was back in 2007! so yes, they are old stock and eggs did indeed used to be superfree but were reclassified as a free food, I think at the beginning of 2011? I think because with EE, its intended you have one third of your plate superfree and eggs shouldn't therefore be included in this. (hopeless at explaining it - sorry!)

oh i have a question: i havent tried 'making' the muller into ice cream yet, do you pour it into another container and freeze it? or just freeze it in the yoghurt tubs?

invisibleyousee - in the beginning i was sceptical about the whole SW process, even though i know people that have lost LOADS of weight on it. Personally i find that the weekly WI keeps me on the straight and narrow and gives me... i dunno, a sense of achievement? it just... makes me feel proud when someone else is weighing me and they tell me 'well done' and actually mean it

i suppose it could be done with the books, by yourself at home, but i find i understand the process alot better from going to the classes and seeing the examples of what to eat and what not to etc. Plus, everyone in class has already been where you are at some stage and can help suggest ideas to make it easier to lose, and how to keep it off permanently. Having said that, i still will weigh myself mid-week to make sure im headed in the right direction before WI, and if not, it gives me time to correct it.

Yoghurt, I freeze in the tub. I go to group for much the same reasons. Its great to get the sow/m awards and be there to get it and the basket of grub.

For those of you that have wishy washy consultants, see if there are others that you can switch to. Half the success i have is down to my consultant Angie. She texts us and runs a closed FB group with all the members from all the groups she runs in. It's like going to group every day! We share images of meals too so we know what not to cook!!!

    ICE CREAM/LOLLIES
The Fruitini Pineapple lollies PINEAPPLE ONLY - syn free! If you see them grab em cause they aren't going to be stocked everywhere i don't think.

  • Does anyone know if Ryvita Thins can be used as HEB?

My quiche with a couscous base was amazing and free except the HEA cheese. I'll be making that again.

Well the losses on here are great. Congrats to all.
I, on the other hand put on 5lb:eek:
This happens to me for no reason and disappears again within two days (hopefully). I find it quite depressing especially when I have been good! My consultant says its bloating .
Aw well -- here I go again.
Btw I am a red/green woman but am getting to like EE on occasions.
