Sure you already all know this but just in case - tonight I will be making single ingredient icecream. Basically you slice ripe bananas, freeze then whizz in the blender of food prcessor (straight from the freezer). You end up with a very creamy cold puree that is totally delicious and like the most banana-y icecream and free!!

All this talk of frozen yog is making me want to get my ocecream maker out - if I used pureed raw fruit like banans, raspberries etc would they still be free? I know if I cook the fruit its not....

once you mash, pureed, cook, etc fruit, it has a syn value

well done to all the losers!

had two NSVs last night, DH told me i looked like i'd lost loads of weight and he couldn't believe it! also found a top i'd shoved away and not worn because i thought it made me look over 6 months pregnant, tried it on last night and i now just look like I've been out for a good meal and have a pizza baby :j

I've decided I'm going to try and plan a proper programme of body magic aimed at doing loads of charity events so i have something i absolutely have to train for. last year i just did the great mancehster run and then when it was a whole year to this years "oh but I don't *need* to run today, ill run tomorrow!" crept in and i didn't run from july until jan at the gym when i was 3 stone heavier because all the no excersise was coupled with "one takeaway won't hurt" at least twice a week. :o

getting more medals to add to my growing collection is also spurring me on a bit, they remind me that I've done it before so i can do it again.

so far I've got the great manchester run in may, I'm looking for a race for life at some point, and I'm going to enter the the liverpool triathlon on 1st july and the manchester shine walking marathon in september when i can afford them.

Afternoon All & well done to all who have lost :j

Had a tough day food wise yesterday, spent most of the day craving chocolate and sweets and nearly caved on a couple of occasions. So pleased with myself that i refrained :D
Went to my sisters for dinner last night and i was worrying about the pasta sauce syns, because of this i only had used 1.5 syns during the day . Luckily the jar was 13.5 syns in total so i halved the syns which means i was in the my syn allowance :j:j

Today i am in a better frame of mind and have been sucking on lts of fresh juicy pineapple to satisfy the sweet craving..

    Menu for today -

B - 30g of All Bran golden crunch with skimmed milk (HEXA).
L - Tuna salad - made with rocket, green pepper, mushrooms, a tin of tuna mixed with 1 tbsp of mango chutney (1.5 syns ) and also threw in some fresh mango too.. YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY :D:D
D - Sticky pork stirfry with noodles followed by a frozen muller light toffee yoghurt - (SW Recipe ) -

Snacks - Shape chocolate dessert (5.5 syns) , pineapple, small pot of raspberries, blueberries, and grapes, plus a kiwi fruit.

I'm exhausted just reading that, evilsquid but go you!!!

Great NSV with the dress Loughton Lass, what's it like?

I've not been to group for a couple of weeks but I was reading in the Asda freebee Easter magazine that joining SW is currently half price. There's an article in there (not much good) and it says that it should now cost £5 for your first visit. As WW are currently advertising free joining on TV I thought they should do something soon. Anyone else heard about this?

well, yesterday i ended up not using my HEA and only half of my HEB, my salad ended up being prawns which meant that i didnt have any dressing on it.

today so far ive had a handful of grapes for my breakfast, and a ham and cheese omlette for my lunch (HEA used) and just finished my frozen strawberry muller (that thing takes forever to eat!)

little stuck with what to have for my dinner tonight - im working from 5, so it will have to be made ahead of time (and not too heavy since WI is tomorrow)

i had a NSV yesterday, i could fiiiiinally fit into my smallest sized 14 jeans from mr lee vai :) was well chuffed :D another wee pound or two and they will fit perfectly :T

gosh, you gals have all lost an extraordinary amount of weight! well done!:j:j:j:j
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

I can confirm it is half price to join SW at the mo: I joined last week and paid 1/2 price.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

It's cream and fitted around the bodice, then floaty from the waist. Very suitable for baby bros wedding on Sat! I'm hoping the weather holds out. Parents are arriving tomorrow, so am a bit worried about all the food & drink that will flow over the extra long celebratory weekend. I've been saving flexible syns all week, but I think I'll blow all of them and more besides. I think I may just take the hit and get back on track next week. After all, it's not every week your bro gets married!

BTW, I tried the Kraft syn free French dressing today (saw it in the SW mag). Quite nice, although a bit on the salty side. Mind you I don't use salt with anything, so I may be a bit sensitive to it.

Well done all the losers! Can't remember who lost what as everyone seems to be doing so well right now. Maybe it's the time of year.
