Just reading all your FAB weight losses and trying to motivate myself to re-start SW tonight. I keep putting it off and telling myself I can do it at home as I still have all my stuff from when I did it before but apart from cutting down on portion sizes I don't really.
For me losing some weight was such a very slow process, I never "do" big weight losses and I got in such a muddle with the EE when that came out.0 -

I'm not goign to classes but have downloaded some pdfs and kinda of making it up as I go along. Can I mix EE with the 'old' red and green days - so have 3 dyas of EE then a green day - hope so as thats what I'm doing today!
Getting there with my breakfasts - had fat free yog with alpen and a nana today - so only 1 HE used.
I am eating lots of eggs as we have hens - are they no longer free? What I read said max 10 a week. I'm having a mini crustless quiche made with 1 and lots of veg for a mid morning snackPeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

Eggs are free Rach:D They used to be super free but not anymore, you can still munch them to your hearts content though. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

I'm so chuffed, I had to share it!
Walked into town today and saw a beautiful dress, but thought it would never fit. It was the last one and they only had it in a 16 (have been size 18 -20 for about 17 years now). After dithering I decided to try it on and perhaps buy it, to motivate myself. Guess what - it fits perfectly!!!!!!
THEN... on the walk home, which is all uphill, I managed without stopping 'to admire the view'! I was a bit puffed out, but so pleased.
WI tonight, but I don't mind what the result is, as I can see / feel the difference now. I was all despondent at the weekend and felt that I was getting nowhere, so hopefully I'll get back on track now.
Off to have a nice salad for lunch, with frozen Mulerlight for afters. Yum yum.0 -
Sure you already all know this but just in case - tonight I will be making single ingredient icecream. Basically you slice ripe bananas, freeze then whizz in the blender of food prcessor (straight from the freezer). You end up with a very creamy cold puree that is totally delicious and like the most banana-y icecream and free!!
All this talk of frozen yog is making me want to get my ocecream maker out - if I used pureed raw fruit like banans, raspberries etc would they still be free? I know if I cook the fruit its not....People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
