flat eric - i moan on here far too much lol so dont worry
its fine
as the girls said, good days or bad - there is always support here.
ch27 - i find the plan easy to follow, but it did take willpower the first few weeks for me not to stray, but thats just me personally. once i got over the initial few weeks i found it very easy to understand, and this thread is more helpful to me than anything else. theres always suggestions for meals, help and support when needed and someone somewhere up at some insane hour of the morning to talk to if needed.
lunch for tomorrow is sorted... does this work for success express?... rice salad: green and red peppers, rice, courgette, onion (all softened in a little fry light), sweetcorn, prawns and a little smoked salmon. with chopped up kiwi and pineapple for afters?I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know
On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!0 -
survived Tapas on Saturday by making the best choices available:-
1. Had large bowl of soup before going out:- free!
2. ditched my usual large red wine or beer for 2 X 25ml vodka + diet cokes (Iknow it was 25ml - it was itemised on the bill!)
3. Ordered chicken skewers, meatballs in tomato sauce, patatas bravas and a 3 bean salad with mint dressing.
4. Had pudding - FRUIT SALAD!!!! And yes it was just chopped fruit - and no it wasn't worth £4.95! But I didn't envy my mate her chocolate fondant!
yesterday was 'interesting'!!! having been out for may walk/run i decided i would go swimming. It started to rain as I left and the wind got up. I got there just about in 1 piece and did my 40 lengths.
When I left it was chucking it down. I ended up soaked and frozen! I had to go back via town , and as my gloves were sodden i wanted to buy some new ones, but most places didn't have any! The posh outdoor place did - but they were £35!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I ended up in H&M and bought a multipack of socks! I wore these to cycle home!
Needless to say I didn't go for a walk here last night!
Today the sky is blue .... and it's not raining!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Good morning
I am (re) starting SW as of today. I have been here before then had two children very close together and despite my best efforts have never managed to get back on track 100%. My youngest is now fast approaching 2 years old and I NEED to do this.
I need to do a food cupboard exploration and stock up on SW friendly food, then a trip to Asda later today.
I will need a few good kicks along the way i'm sure lol
Speak later xxUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -

Helllo all
I managed a rather good weekend in the end - Bake Off was cancelled (boo!) and we spent a lot of time in the pub, but I chose v wisely with the result that I am at weigh in this morning lighter than I've been for a very long time. I'm just four pounds from the original goal weight I had when I did the Alizonne diet, my clothes fit nicely and more importantly I like what I see in the mirror. Not love, but like. Love will hopefully come soon.
On that note I'm trying to have a green day and I wonder if some kind person can tell me if this is alright - I'm not sure whether a pitta bread is one HEB or two.
B: low fat yog, plum, grapes, 1 tsp honey (1 syn)
S: banana
L: Pitta bread (HEB x1? or 2?) with 30gfat reduced Hummus (HEA?) and salad, Muller light
S: Kellogs fibre plus bar (HEB2)mushroom risotto with parmesan (HEA)
PLus extra fruit for snacks. ANd can we still have mugshots for free on green? Not that I think I'll need it.0
