    Evening :)

I had a really great SW weekend :D Red yesterday and today :) will have a few green ones I think as I'll cook a veggie pie and soup tomorrow :)

Most fantastic thing when at Mr T today: went to get some salmon fillets and found the guys doing reductions on most of the stuff! They asked me if I want anything and just to get whatever I want/need and they'll reduce it by 75%! So I got 76 quid worth of fish and seafood for about 13GBP! :D:D:D I have enough fish now for well over a week(both me and bf love it so we might even have it every day) and they said to come again next week too :D

didn't have many syns this weekend either, 2 yesterday and 2 today so far(might have another 2 in form of Options hot choc), will save them for when I really want something or just for next Saturday so I don't flexi it :)

Bought an avocado but the 9,5 syn in 100g really puts me off! :( shame bf doesn't eat avocados :( I really don't want to throw it away... any ideas?

also anyone actually made a scan bran cake that was nice(nothing with ginger/spices as it's not my thing)? I want to make one as I need to use the opened pack of scan bran... tia :)

Wish you all a good SW week and great WI results too! :)

Hi all, hope the weekend has been kind to you even if the weather hasn't.
Am finally coming to terms with using more of my syns and treated myself to a small choccie bar last night (Freddo - 5 syns) and had dessert this evening - meringue nest, choccie Philadephia and raspberries - lip smackingly lovely. But - still feel a tad guilty. Just hope the scales are kind on Wednesday.
Have a lovely Monday all. :j

My week has also gone awry :( although I try to see the positive out of eating too many syns and sabotaging my weight loss for weigh in this week by thinking, I won't repeat the mistakes. I certainly won't be ordering a mexican burger from a certain chain pub again ! then coming home to pizza and oven chips ?! To be fair I was coming home to a empty house and felt rather sorry for myself but still, it isn't going to help my weight loss efforts. Yesterday and today haven't been much better and with just two days till weigh in - I doubt very much that the scales will show anything nice. I have been weighing in at home and this has indicated a huge gain! I am sorry to be waffling and bemoaning the too many syns line. I can't seem to find the pause button so that I can take a breather and get myself in check and get myself sorted.

Dinner for tomorrow tonight is sorted (sausage casserole) but have no plans for lunch and no fruit is chopped ready to see me through the day. Will try hard to stick to plan for the next two days and suspect I shall forgo running tomorrow so that I can meal plan before weigh in. I tried to keep a food diary this week but it just didn't work.

I don't want to post on here when I am being so negative and reporting how I am failing once again but I will overcome this and target, you will not escape me forever!

    Evening everyone - welcome newbies!

Another decent day food wise here ready for WI tomorrow:

B - vanilla mullerlight with cherry layer (0.5 syns); banana
    L - mushy pea curry (mushy peas, baked beans, chopped tomatoes, spices, onions, garlic) and cold mashed tatties; sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes; pear;
S - mullerlight; 1/2 packet of pom bear crips (3 syns)
D - mushy pea curry with a tablespoon of homemade chicken jalfrezi (chicken, tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, spices); pear

I know I am a bit light on superfree foods today but will have some more fruit and supersnap peas for a snack later.

Fingers crossed for WI tomorrow morning and good luck everyone else that has WI. x

PS - CH27, in answer to your question about finding the plan easy to follow, I find it really good and have done Extra Easy plan rom the start. x
