    morning :)

I chickened out :o:o:o I couldn't face the 'what went wrong this week?" and all that :o So I didn't go to the group :o

My scales showed 0,4kg more then last Sat morning but it should be soo much more for what I ate :o I'm gonna stay 100% on plan for the next 7 days until next WI and write last week off :o no treats today as I had my weekly drinks last night in form of wine with bf :p

Also I intend to start using my syns on the healthy things I enjoy(avocado, olives, dried fruit and nuts) :A

    Off shopping shortly...

    Today I'm doing Red:
B was 1 wheetabix with 100ml ss milk, activia 0% vanilla yog, banana, apple and 2 kiwis
S is coffee with 200ml ss milk and alpen light bar
If I get salmon I'll bake it for dinner tonight and make a salad to go with it, no idea what I'll have for lunch but it might be more snacks(like ham, tomatoes, fruit) as I'll be out and about

Tomorrow I'm doing a green day as I have a veggie shepherd's pie recipe I'm dying to try :D

I hope everyone had a nice and SW friendly weekend :A

TakeItEasy - hope you are OK, let us know how you are.x

I'm here :o [thanks for thinking of me :A] now please don't shout at me [I'll cry :(] I haven't been to the Dr but it hasn't been through the want of trying. Fully booked Thurs & Fri so will have to try again Mon. I could go to our walk in centre but its in the middle of the city in a shopping mall [why??] and last time I went they were queueing out the door then had to wait nearly 2 hours to see someone so you can imagine the thought of doing this again has me in a heap. I could go to A&E but don't want to waste their time as I don't think its an emergency. Haven't rung NHS direct either as I don't think they're any good as when I had bird flu we had to wait 4 hours for a Dr to ring back and was just told to drink plenty as it 'sounds like dehydration to me'. When I saw my Dr and was diagnosed I had already lost nearly a stone and was really poorly. So not confident about them at all.

For the record my hands seem to swell over night and are very tight in the mornings but get easier by lunchtime. Still not back to normal though. Still haven't been able to get a certain ring on but luckily my wedding ring is ok as I got it when I was bigger so is loose anyway.

Oh and wi gained half a pound, wonder if its to do with my hands because obviously I've been good and not eaten any rubbish this week to cheer myself up ;) :rotfl:

Aw TIE - you do what feels right doll but if it gets worse then please go to A&E. Did the Dr not offer you an apt for later in the week when you rang on Thur/Fri?

    Take care

I made a gorgeous satay chicken for any peanutty fans out there last night simple and stunning for a change, also really enjoying these red days and bloating has eased no end but saying that it always does when on plan properly...

do you have the recipe/syn count?

i lost another 2lb at WI though currently that is back on since the weekend. i shall be back to 12st 8 if not a little less by next WI... im sure of it, plus... i bought a little lunchbox cooler bag thing at mr T when i was out so i can have pasta salads with me now.

oooohhh!!! im going to bid on a house on monday (waiting on bank to say ohh yes we will lend you the money) and then im going to go bidding. its a lovely little house, but its in such a bad state because of the previous owner (old, frail lady) and apparently her son doesnt like to maintain a property. theres about 2-3k of major work to fix (nothing thats gonna kill me) but on the upside, it means i can put my stamp on it my way (assuming that i get it - doubtful)
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

We have to ring on the day as they are so busy, still not guaranteed an appointment either. The trouble is there has been a building boom here but the Dr's surgery hasn't expanded to go with it. I expect I won't even be able to see my own Dr who is aware of my history so will have to explain everything and hope whoever I see is as sympathetic as my Dr. Heres hoping.
