I have just looked up Tunnocks caramael wafer biscuits and they are a wapping 6.5 syns. I am ashamed to say I had 2 today instead of breakfast. No HEs there? I had an apple too.

I have also had poached egg with baked beans. I was a bit stressed waiting to hear from the hospital so I hope that is a good enough excuse.

Dinner will be a SW white sauce (HEA), fish and rice with lots of vegetables.
For supper I will have wholemeal GF toast with something free on it. Any ideas?

You can actually do a SW version of the fried bread using egg to dip it and then Frylight to fry it. It actually tastes way better than the oil stuff!!!

I make fried bread by spraying a slice of wholemeal on both sides with olive oil and sticking it into the George Foreman grill, it comes out quite crispy with barbecue lines on it :o) Before I had the grill I would spray both sides & stick into the toaster.

Oh Man! This is my weakest time of day. I could murder a bag of crisps and a G&T ! Waiting for DH to come home from work and can smell the dinner cooking! HELP!!!! Im full of fruit - I want something salty and savoury.
Already had 4 syns today ( 3 rice cakes, butter spread ( thin) and marmite at lunch, oh and 1 small flapjack so make that about 8 syns already.

Ryvita minis are good for the salty yearnings, especially the sweet chilli ones, and they are a HEB. They taste nothing like ryvita. Or, what fills the gap for me just before lunchtime at work is a cup of hot marmite, yummy! and free.

Nothing from TakeitEazy today? I hope she got that tingling sorted out.

Oh, and it's not v ery clear to see, but my avatar shows half a pound of chicken fat & skin. The surface of the scale (not the bit with the read-out on) is 6" square to give you an idea. So ONLY half a pound is quite a lot really.

    Good evening

So I made the macaroni and cheese and it was really nice, it was a bit dry though but it certainly didn't stop me from eating it. ;)

First time doing a green day and I've thoroughly enjoyed it. Going to get stuck into a mullerlight coconut and vanilla greek yoghurt with some fruit I think.

Going for an EE weekend and back to a green day on Monday.

    Have a good weekend everyone!
