Hey everyone I lost 7lb in my first week on SW EE. Sure that will not keep up lol! Still a good start to make me think a bit more about what I should and shouldnt treat myself to!!

    Great start, well done. X
  • Morning everyone - hope everyone's having a great weekend. Start of a new working week for me here and glad to put Saturday behind me. I didn't go completely off the rails but I got myself really worked up about something yesterday morning and let it eat away at me throughout the day. By the late afternoon I was eating cake and too many crackers with humous. Got myself back on track by the evening and today's a new day and a new week!

    29-Apr-12 Sunday
    b/fast - vegetable frittata (HEA)
    snack - watermelon
    lunch - vegetable risotto, salad
snack - 60g WM bread, smoked salmon, cucumber (HEB)
dinner - spicy butternut squash & sweet potato soup, LO lasagne, salad (2)

hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j
  • Beanielou - Choc Philly - cheaper, and almost SYN FREE:

    1 tub of quark.
1 to 2 level tablespoons of TESCOS reduced fat Cocoa Powder.
    Sweetner to taste.
    Mix muchly.
    --tada-- :D
0.5 syns per level spoonful of cocoa powder.

indulge without the syn count ..
don't like the stuff myself - but I bet it makes for a good cheesecake mix :D
  • So I treated myself yesterday. I went out with the intentions of having a nice cuppa while working on my uni stuff, with some cake.

Gets to the cafe, lots of lovely home made stuff - dripping in sugar and chocolate.
    I opted for a scone.
    17 + syns:eek:
Wish I had gone for a smaller cake now, who knows though. It was nice to relax off plan for a bit but it did encourage me to nibble throughout the day. :o I'm finding that I can't focus on food planning as much while working on my uni stuff. Don't think thats how it's supposed to be.
    So back on plan today.

Yummy Vanilla Yoghurt drizzled over strawbs, grapes, banana and weetabix, followed up with a grapefruit started me off for breaky.
Lunch will be a tuna salad, with some wedges.
Dinner... erm?? off to look for inspiration.

    Good morning losers

Having a terrible SW weekend so far......what is wrong with me!!!

Yesterday started off well, had my yoghurt in the morning.
Had a SW fry up at 2pm
Was supposed to have Steak and SW chips, and mushrooms for dinner but was so stuffed from fry up we didn't have it, that's where I went wrong. Kids asked for chippy so got them sausage and chips, finished off my sons sausage and chips :o
Devoured half a bag of Maltesers(the big share bags) :o
    Had a twirl :o

So far today has been good, had my yoghurt with fruit, a cup of hot water and lemon. We're having steak today now, but on a Sunday we only have 1 meal, so I'm going to struggle getting lunch and dinner in me.....

Hubby is off work Monday and Tuesday so I know this is going to be completely throw me off plan too.........I need help! :(
  • Hi, May I join you? Have had a fright this morning and will be sticking to th SW diet from tomorrow.
  • Got to get yourself out of the house Lalamb! I know the weather has been atrocious in some parts over the weekend but hoping it's not bad by you - get out and walk - anything that takes you away from the kitchen and the food around you!

    Thanks medmum

It's torrential rain here and gales atm.....so no venturing for me today. I have to say no simple as that, have some will power, I know I'm due on my period so maybe it's that.

Hoping to go out Tuesday with hubby walking in the lakes or something, but it depends on weather.
