yeah my first mini target is to get under the next stone (2lb to go so hoefully by next week), then another few pounds will take me to 1 stone lost

I had mini targets, if I lost 3 then I would say 4 more for my half stone etc and usually I was only half a pound off that, so it gave me the incentive to work that bit harder to see the results the week after.
Another mini target was to say I wanted to stone bust ( that's getting into the next stone ) and again I would only be half a pound off.
Actually it's happened to me again this week, another half a pound would have put me in the MAGICAL 11 STONES!! Whoo woo!!
But that will be next week for me.
So keep on planning and it will happen xx
Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

And another thing, I don't particularly like the woman who runs the Monday class, she has stood in for our consultant when he has been away on holiday, and its been noticed that not many people stay to the class when she is there.
So it's gotta be my own :rotfl:

its dooable, but dont torture yourself at the same time, (i am one to talk, im putting immense pressure on myself to get to target (8.5lbs) in the next 10 weeks, well...11 weigh ins)
like it took me near ten years to put it on, i dont know what my big hurry is,

I think it is dooable, 2 pound loss x 2 then 1.5, that dosen't sound too bad.
It will be just my luck to maintain or put half on instead of losing it :rotfl:
If it's not meant to be then that will be fine, at least then it will give me the incentive to carry on whilst on holiday and hopefully come back home to my target

its sooo dooable when u break it down like that, and i wish you ALL the luck in the world, i have everything crossed for you;)
i am defo going back to Florida at some stage, the photos i have from last time are.....:eek::eek::eek: to say the least!!
when i did SE, i made a shepherds pie with LOTS of veg, and only a thin layer of potato,
also SW Burgers with no bap, and LOTS of salad, peppers, pineapples and just a handful of SW Chips,
and a big sunday dinner, with meat, LOTS of veg and again, just a little potato,
i only do it 2 or 3 days a week, and these are the dishes i tend to go with.
you could also make spag bol with lots of grated carrot, passata, tinned tomatoes, etc.
what i loved about SE and the real life saver with it was the 2ND portion of breads, i would keep a SW HiFi bar for night time, as my 2nd bread, that way it cut down on the syns also

my next target is 6 stone award, (5.5lbs to go) and that will take me to 12.1, and then i just REALLY WANT TO SEE 11 on them scales!! then final target is 11.12:eek:0 -

Baked Bean Lasagne Serves 4 - syn free on Green
2 large onions, thinly sliced;
2 red peppers, de-seeded, chopped & sliced;
Mushrooms
2 tins baked beans;
2 tins chopped tomatoes;
Salt & pepper to taste;
Garlic;
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
Splash of soy sauce;
Lasagne sheets;
168g reduced fat cheese, grated (HEA)
Fry-light.
Fry onions, peppers & mushrooms in Fry-light till soft;
Add beans & chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper & garlic;

WI for me today and I STS so very pleased.
Our consultant had been at a SW Training weekend so was full of 'messages from above' including a team game which had everyone cringeing. One of which was pushing a third SF 'on the same plate'. What a load of nonsense! I'm hardly going to have a banana with my beans on toast am I? I think she meant at the same meal but that wasn't the mantra she'd been given. She did admit that after discussion the trainers were saying 'if it works for you then go for it'. I'm so cynical I think it may be something to do with them offering a refund if you don't lose weight - so if they make the rules unfathamable there's always something they can catch you out on. Personally, I think once you've got the basics of food optimising it's best to try ideas from all quarters (consultants, books, magazines, this thread:D) and see what works for you.

:eek: Thank-you all for the kick up the proverbial last time I posted a few days ago ive done as told and weighed in and lost my blooming 6 stone sticker mentally at least as im now 5st 13.5lb loss, so back on plan and stopped grumping no-one else can do this for me can they, gained 1.5lb this week but have got a severe stomach virus at mo so just having a light diet today will be back on plan totally... hope everyone has a fab on plan day xLOST 7ST 1/2LB July-groc chal £209/£300

been very good indeed, (as my mum said, i was being even better than i was at the start) but it hasnt shown on the scales :mad:
but i am determine to stick with it, and hope that being good will eventually show on the scales
i know what you mean about jumping on the scales, i only weigh in once a week at group, any more would wreck my head!0 -

It will eventually show. if you can be 2.2lb heavier in the morning than you are at lunch or vice versa... you could be "target" for half the day and non target the other! fc that all the STS and silly bit gains are behind you now.0
