1lb on for me, not a surprise. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Hi all,
Well yesterday I had a "green" day, it was nice being able to enjoy some houmous, and the measured portion for HEB was actually a generous amount I felt :-)
Going Green again today, as a non-meat eater I think it suits me better to make sure I get all the nutrients I need from the HEX.
Day 2 yesterday of trying to get my fitness levels back up, couldn't face going to the gym in the rain though (!) so did a 40 minute workout at home to music, I've got a set of dumbells so utilised them - lots of arm workouts and also squats as well, also did 100 sit ups. Can certainly feel it in my legs today anyway!
Tonight it's a leaving meal for work at a pub, I've looked at the menu and nothing looks very SW friendly so I'm a little apprehensive I must say... it's all either bread based, meat based or fried. Doh!Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world!

If you know why you've gained 1lb then next week you'll be able to avoid the triggers/causes. 1lb isn't bad, after all in "real life" our weight varies lots based on what we do and it's about evening it out over the days/weeks :-)Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world!

Has anyone else asked consultants?
Just a half off for me this week, I don't think I'll ever get back into target range, need another 6lbs. xx
from what i understand, HE are there if you want them. if you do brill, eat them but if you don't thats fine too but you "use em or loose em" we got told so you cant have none one day and 4 the next on EE. I've never heard of adding syns.
keep going, you WILL get there. the last half stone is the hardest one to shift.I'm doing this without a group - how do I decide what my target is...I'm dithering between 'ideal world' (ie when i was 20 before kids lol) and what is probably more realistic/ sustainable....
I've set myself loads of mini targets. i know what i was last time but this time I'm going for "healthy" and i'll stop when i feel I've got there, regardless of if it is near my old target. I've got mini targets of each half stone off from my start weight, hitting each round stone and round half stone (like hitting 12 stone, hitting 11 st 7 etc) and my club 10 award. i find its given me motivation because I'm never that far away from hitting another mini target. i remember being in group having just gotten a half stone sticker and going into the next few and loosing slowly like 1 pound or 0.5 a time and it felt like a lifetime to the next one.0 -
yeah my first mini target is to get under the next stone (2lb to go so hoefully by next week), then another few pounds will take me to 1 stone lostPeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

Thank you so much piglet, my first thoughts were of you as I knew how much you had lost.
It was unexpected because I thought knowing my luck I will only have lost one or stayed the same.
I was asked to weigh everyone as the usual lady had not turned up. I had weighed everyone once before and after I had finished it was my time to jump on the scales and I had lost 2.5lb, so I thought it wouldn't happen again .... and it did!
Exactly the same. :rotfl:So I am going to offer to weigh everyone next week ha ha, see what that will do for me.:D
So I have 2 more Wednesday weigh ins and then I will have to weigh in on a Monday at a different class  because my flight is on a Tuesday.
I would really like to get my target at my own classbecause I feel that each and everyone of my buddies have been there for morale support for me since day one. :T
And another thing, I don't particularly like the woman who runs the Monday class, she has stood in for our consultant when he has been away on holiday, and its been noticed that not many people stay to the class when she is there.
So it's gotta be my own :rotfl:
Thanks for your support and encouragement! :A

Plan for today: 2 Weetabix HEXB, milk HEXA, 2 apples, banana, satsuma.
Not sure yet for lunch as going on first aid course for the afternoon.
Tea will be those lovely potato cakes that was mentioned yesterday, made with courgettes, potato mixed with egg, sprayed with fry light and baked in the oven, will have with baked beans and a huge side salad.
Munchies will follow ....
I would also like to thank each and everyone of you's for your support and encouragement given to me over the last week once again, you all know who you are! :rotfl:
All this support really does make a huge difference to how I feel and gives me the nudge I sometimes need to carry on. :A
