  • Good evening everyone,
I am dead chuffed, lost another two and a half pound, got my 5 and a half stone award, total loss now stands at five stone eight and a half pound, and then the cream on the top was I won SLIMMER OF THE MONTH! :j:D:rotfl:;)

Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

  • CYORKIE,

I was not aware of your stats, they are almost identical :D
Looking at the governments statistics my " ideal " weight should be 9 stone 3, that's never going to happen.

More realistically I need to get my 6 stone and then anything else is a bonus, but I will be maintaining and not trying to lose.
If it happens then so be it.
I am told now that I don't need to lose anymore weight, that I am getting too skinny, it's years since I was told that :rotfl: but at the moment I am on a roll and am focusing all my energies on that 6 stone figure.
I do fit comfortably into a size 14 skinny jeans, regular ones are just too baggy :D most of my clothes now look like sacks, but my holiday clothes are fitting lovely.
I plan on buying a whole new wardrobe when I go to florida in a few weeks. :)
And of course I will look like Twiggy at the side of the American's, there are some seriously overweight people over there.
This week I plan on doing success express every day if I can manage it.
Do you have any ideas on what I could have, I know its 2 A and 2 B, 2/3 superfree, but what do you have with it, is it either chicken, meat, or fish, or what?
If you can help that would be great.

Good luck with your losses. :D

    Evening all...

Thank you so much for all of your kind words, I am feeling a bit better today. I have recently stopped smoking, I am on Day 10 today and am actually finding this week a lot harder than last week. My appetite seems to have really changed and all I can think about is eating naughty things:o

I have been ok today, drank plenty of water and plan to get on the Wii later.

Got WI tomorrow but I'm going to take whatever the scales throw at me and use it to fuel next week. I've got a holiday to Spain in 3 months and I would love to lose enough weight to be able to brave a bikini.

Gettingthere54 your weight loss is fantastic, I am desperate to get into the 12 stone band again, my original target when I joined SW was to get down to 12stone 7lbs as this was the weight I remember being at upper school. I have got down to 12stone 10lbs so 3lbs off my target but could never seem to get any lower.

After WI tomorrow I will set myself a mini target, I need something to keep me going. As it stands I'm just plodding along with no real direction.

Thanks again people, and well done to some fantastic losses for people at WI today and yesterday :T

    Becks81,
Glad your feeling better. I hope you enjoy the wii as much as I do :rotfl: it's great when you get into it. I never thought I would say this but I look forward to coming home from work and jumping on it. My mind must be puddled! :D
Keep up the good work, take one day at a time and you will get there.
There is nothing more satisfying when you get into bed at night knowing that you have had another good day, without cheats.
Try to keep your targets realistic, say half a stone at a time as it is achievable.
Best of luck for tomorrow. xx

    well done losers
success express if I remember rightly (correct me if I'm wrong) when using syns that differ over the different plans you have to go with the highest value. hths

Having an odd experience at the moment, woke up this morning to fingers feeling swollen ie tight skin & pins & needles in right finger tips. Fingers hurt when making fists. This feeling has lasted all day and still tight and tender even now. Have no idea what's causing it but if it's same tomorrow then will ring Dr. Backs of legs are tingling too, very irritating :(
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Pins & needles in the finger tips can point to a trapped nerve, you really do need to get it checked out as soon as possible it can also indicate that there may be a problem with the heart, dont delay, get on the phone and ring the doc. Good luck :)
