and i cant join before they arrive. I can see where the cheats crept in over the weekend so i clearly cant do it without the pressure of a weigh in. Today i have washed and polished the car, got the wii fit sorted and have the zumba which has short bursts which are easy to follow and you can do as many as you like and me having no coordination cant do a zumba class cos i spend all my time trying to watch the moves
. I have made my self 2 new playlists on my ipod for walking. From tomorrow i will make time for a walk at some point in my day - everyday.
Reading these posts this EE seems ever so complicated, i can see that if you fill your plate with 1/3 superfree food it will reduce portion size but what happens with snacks / extras or supper? For example if you have your planned 3 meals with 1/3 superfree over the day but had crackers and cheese as a late afternoon snack would you have to have 1/3 fruit with it or if you had a packet pasta in sauce as an extra would you have to eat 1/3 superfree with it?
confused
I don't think you have to snack on fruit but it it recommended that superfree is your first choice when snacking... but if you don't want fruit with your cheese&crackers don't have it
I personally don't eat the pasta'n'sauce things but if I had I'd have it with some veg/salad
I guess you need to give it a proper try and maybe you'll develop a love for veg and fruit?Hi I'm new to all this - My mum lost 5st on sw years ago and I remember green and red days, but I am just finding out abut Extra Easy and it almost seems to good to be true! However my friend has just lost 4 st and is looking amazing so I am going to change my ways and get stuckin to loose the 2st I've been carting around for the last few years!
It seems like there is plenty I can eat for lunch and dinner but am struggling with breakfasts- I don't have time/ inclination for a cooked brekkie- any ideas for brekkies that won't use both my healthy extras in one - I tend to have cereal and milk at the mo!
coffee/tea and a hi-fi/alpen light bar
fruit and ff yoghurt
ryvitas with quark/ham/veg
cottage cheese with fruit or veg(cucumber, peppers, radish, chives)
breakfast muffuns(bake day before)
sw rice pudding with fruit
list is as good as endless :j0 -

If I don't want to use my HE's for breakfast then I tend to have a banana, berries and a muller light which I find quite filling. Toast, chocolate Philly and a sliced banana is good too and uses your HEB and 2 syns.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

:Ton all you planning! EE isn't really compicated, I think for people who were 'brought up' on red and green it can be confusing but if you've only done EE it's just what it says on the tin.
On the one third superfree, the cheese and crackers would be syns or HEXs so the superfree bit doesn't come into it. For the pasta and sauce then you should have some superfree to balance it so a piece of fruit afterwards or just extra superfree at another mealtime. Superfree does tend to reduce portion sizes to an extent (cos there's a limit to how much anyone can eat) but it doesn't have to mean you have smaller portions just that the big portions include lots of superfrees!:D0
