weigh in tonight, I hate that its at 7 o'clock can't wait until I get my car back from OH (he's working away) so I can go to an earlier class othside of town, mind you I'm sure the extra walking I'm doing isn't halming the quest for skinniness ;)

Congrats on the loss. Its such a brilliant feeling when the scales show a smaller figure :T:T

Im on EE as well, and dont have any problems with it. Like you i tend to make sure that i have my superfree food through out the day rather than by each meal. This is what i have been doing since i started the SW plan and it seems to be working for me.

Me too! I eat so much fruit that I HAVE to be over 1/3rd superfree!
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j
  • Not sure if anyone else has seen it but in the freebie magazine you can pick up in Sainsbury's at the moment there is a recipe for a quiche/frittata type thing which uses couscous as the crust. You cook the couscous then press it into the flan case, then pour on the egg mixture and any veg you fancy then top with a bit of cheese. I thought it might be good for lunches.

I've been super good so far today, but can't decide what to have for tea. I'm thinking home made mushroom chow mein would be good.

cous cous as a base sounds good... :T might have a play in the kitchen when I come back next week(will be a challenge to stay on plan while away but I hope I can manage, good thing is I don't miss 'normal' food anymore and have no cravings for it whatsoever)

also have no idea for dinner today... might just do pasta, chicken and veg something... :o

Not a bad day so far....
Breakfast - Fibre plus bar (HEB)
    Snack - few grapes
Lunch - small wholemeal roll filled with egg and 1/3 tsp of mayo, satsuma, apple
Tea - 2 LM sausages, big salad and small jacket

Have walked the dog twice but its was a stroll really rather than a brisk walk - might do some more exercise later (then again.....)

    Well done kandfsmum! Great loss.

    Fab first loss czerniacha!

Been on plan all day, been stuck inside writing my dissertation though, had a wobble mid afternoon but just ignored it and it went. Wasn't hunger, just stress I think.

Not really hungry now so will have dinner later. Got a spare A and B so will have a mug of soup and cheese on toast.

  • I have rang the PCT to chase up my SW vouchers as i have tried to stick to it while i am waiting and failed :( and i cant join before they arrive. I can see where the cheats crept in over the weekend so i clearly cant do it without the pressure of a weigh in. Today i have washed and polished the car, got the wii fit sorted and have the zumba which has short bursts which are easy to follow and you can do as many as you like and me having no coordination cant do a zumba class cos i spend all my time trying to watch the moves :p. I have made my self 2 new playlists on my ipod for walking. From tomorrow i will make time for a walk at some point in my day - everyday.

Reading these posts this EE seems ever so complicated, i can see that if you fill your plate with 1/3 superfree food it will reduce portion size but what happens with snacks / extras or supper? For example if you have your planned 3 meals with 1/3 superfree over the day but had crackers and cheese as a late afternoon snack would you have to have 1/3 fruit with it or if you had a packet pasta in sauce as an extra would you have to eat 1/3 superfree with it?

    confused :o
So you're Red John? I have to say I'm a little disappointed.

Hi I'm new to all this - My mum lost 5st on sw years ago and I remember green and red days, but I am just finding out abut Extra Easy and it almost seems to good to be true! However my friend has just lost 4 st and is looking amazing so I am going to change my ways and get stuckin to loose the 2st I've been carting around for the last few years!

It seems like there is plenty I can eat for lunch and dinner but am struggling with breakfasts- I don't have time/ inclination for a cooked brekkie- any ideas for brekkies that won't use both my healthy extras in one - I tend to have cereal and milk at the mo!

Rachbc I often have weetabix and yoghurt for breakfast, so using B but keeping A for milk for my tea and coffee. Chuck a banana in too and it's pretty filling.

OMG five and a half pound loss!!!
I had to ask her twice and she showed me the machine cause I didn't believe her!!! I had a blip on saturday but I was super good rest of week :j
feel really motivated to be good this week!!
I love this diet, it works its so easy to follow but I always loose weight and then I convince myself I'm a naturally slim person that can eat what she wants (the what she wants consisting of chips and cheese) and put it on again! well no more!! must stick at the plan :D
