This week I have cut my syns down to 10 per day, the odd day may go over 1 or 2, but I have cut down on portion size.
Example: And this is a biggie for me .................. down to one large spud  instead of a plate full :rotfl:
I really do love my spuds but I figured I must cut down.
I don't know if it has helped but I will see tomorrow.
i will have to reduce my portion size i think....
i eat FAR TOO many spuds..
and my SW "FRY" is massive!!
5 SW Sausages, 4 bacon, a chop, beans, an egg, pineapple and tomatoes!!:eek:
part of me begrudges cutting back....i have got over the 5.5 stone mark with no portion control....but i mite have to to get by the final hurdle!!
good luck getting there x0 -

If my start weight was 17 stone 8.5 pounds and my current weight is 12 stone 2.5 pounds what percentage of fat have I lost?
I am no good at working these things out.
Thanks in advance
i make that 30.8% loss:A:j:beer:0 -
Are the onion bhajis on the SW thread free? Can't see a syn count.
Also is air popped pop corn free? It should be cause sweet corn is free, or is it synced cause it's dryed but that's not cooking, but does adding hot air make it syns?
Can get it that you can eat as many bananas as you like, but bake them and they are syned!
Understand that juicing changes syns.0 -
I have been so good this week - but am getting very nervous now as weigh in is in 2 hours.....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0

On the popcorn and banana post above:
I was a bit baffled as to why eating a banana is free, cutting it up is free, but mashing it and mixing it in with "muller light ice cream" or yogurt isn't?!Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world!

Understand that juicing changes syns.
Crisps & snacks, basic, Popcorn, plain, popped without fat, 25g = 4.5 syns. (air popped in otherwords)
Blending, mashing, mixing, mushing reduces the "Fill up" quantity, so you can fill a blender with strawberries, bananas, and a muller light, fritz it.. drink it, and not be as full for as long. This is why there are syn counts on all mushed up.. you digest it faster.
Baking a banana turns alot of it into pure sugar.
Nom Nom Nom!
