Not sure on that one, it's only got the light listed as a Healthy Extra.
Syn wise for reference: 25g Light is 2syns, 25g Extra Light is 1.5 syns.
I'm not sure if it works the same way milk does in that the lower fat content it is the more you can have.Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world!

im just dreading next week now, as its back to week 4 again, tho i do plan on being really mega good!
has anyone who got to target with SW done anythng different as they near target?
should i start exercising some portion control now maybe?
any tips for anyone with under a stone left to go?
cut down to 5 / 10 syns :eek: maybe?

This week I have cut my syns down to 10 per day, the odd day may go over 1 or 2, but I have cut down on portion size.
Example: And this is a biggie for me .................. down to one large spud :mad: instead of a plate full :rotfl:
I really do love my spuds but I figured I must cut down.
I don't know if it has helped but I will see tomorrow.
Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

Thank you, I will use the tub - 200g, and that will be divided between 3 of us so I should be safe enough using that as my hea.0 -

Can I ask please, any of you good at equations?
If my start weight was 17 stone 8.5 pounds and my current weight is 12 stone 2.5 pounds what percentage of fat have I lost?
I am no good at working these things out.
